I had a great experience with knowledgeable people from La-Z-Boy. I bought a recliner elevating chair for my mom that moves in many positions. It also has heat and massaging therapy. You can choose different colors and materials. The furniture, decors, and wall displays at La-Z-Boy are of great quality and beautiful. Very friendly place and great atmosphere 👌.

Went in twice in the last 4 months, and both times we were welcomed very well by their sales representatives. I never felt like they were pushy and trying to get a sale, I really felt like they wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and both times, they did exactly that! Their warranty is also super awesome, if you get it and don't use it, you get that money back as a store credit when the 5 year warranty is over. It would be silly not to get it, everybody wins!

We walked in looking for a recliner for my wife, who's 5ft tall, and we were quickly pointed to the ones that would best fit her for her to try. After trying about 5 or 7 of them she found the one she felt the most comfortable with. Then quickly verified that we could take it home right then and there. Quick, efficient and friendly service. We had put off going since we usually prefer to shop online, but trying the recliners was definitely better. The shop is big and has many options, and we were lucky that many of my wife's top choices were on sale.

My visit at LAZBOY furniture store on September 05 2023 was very successful.
I came home with a wonderful CHAIR that I'm enjoying.

My salesperson was wonderful and listened to what my needs were. She took her time was professional, caring and a great listener. I would purchase again and recommend the company.

Kanata Location did not honor price match in add claiming that Sale price applied to Rocker rather than Recliner ( as clearly stated in add)
After the claim was reviewed by La-Z-Boy management, it was concluded that it was valid and a refund was issued.
I'm glad that La-Z-Boy honored the price match and showed that they care about their customers.
La-Z-Boy remains top of my list for buying well made and comfortable furniture

We had a terrific buying experience. Our sales lady was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, made some recommendations, then left us to make our decisions. We found a perfect couch and it arrived this morning compliments of Lloyd Empires Moving and Delivery!

11 months in, the couch seat stuffing has flattend to the point of sitting on a board, had a repair guy come for creaks, thumps and other sounds when you change position, those are normal sounds he said! I live alone, average weight....my 12 lbs dog can flatten the head rest by just laying on it. I have to puff up the minimal stuffing every day. The charging station is so slow, I don't use it. Worst $5000.00 purchase I've ever made. There is a 7 day return policy!
I will never shop LAZYBOY again, no quality.

Not sure of the employees name but there was a gentleman in the warehouse that was absolutely incredible to my grandmother. She wanted to see her chair before we brought it him. He set it all up helped her up the stairs with me as she’s in her 80s. Was the best service I had anywhere. Long black hair with a beard. Whoever he was he is the reason I’ll be back. I had a fantastic experience at La-Z-Boy Cyrville Rd. Marianne was so fantastic that after I left the store I did not even bother visiting all the other competitors before choosing my new furniture. My shopping experience was amazing, my recliners are fantastic and only took 2 weeks for delivery. I would highly recommend and I will be going back!!

Nancy and Magaly’s visit and guidance, the delivery guys respect and organisation, the technicien’s skills in fixing my couch, the service after buying is top and La-Z-Boy changes or acknowledges any situation and finds solutions to respect the customer and their solid quality reputation. Excellent service. Let us look around without the pressure of making a purchase. Wrote down dimensions of the couches we were interested in so we could check measurements at home. Went back a few days later to make the purchase. No issues. Will shop there again.

I am delighted to have purchased a custom Lazy Boy chair from Will Antoine, in the Cyrville store. Will was so polite, funny and he greeted me on less than a minute after walking into the store. His mission, which he accepted, was to find me a chair that rocked, was super comfortable and easy to operate. He was very patient and worked constantly to find the right fabric when my first selection was not available for the chair I selected. Fantastic experience at La-Z-Boy. As soon as we walked in the store, we saw and decided on what we wanted. Storm greeted us with a cheerful hello and we proceeded to her order desk for completion of order. Once there, we noticed the area rug (bought as well) on display which would go beautifully with the chairs we were purchasing and the color scheme at our house. Warranty, maintenance, protection, delivery were all explained and Storm answered all the questions we asked and didn't ask. Storm Shields made our day and La-Z-Boy provided the furniture we needed. On 31 December 2021, I entered the store on Cyrville with a set budget and a total time of 15 minutes to find a deal on a sofa because I had another deal in mind at another competitor store.

I was interested in the Finley Sofa for its look, size, workmanship and comfort for head/back support, reclining levels and sturdiness compared to the competitors.

Mr. Aliman with the support of Ms. Kola stayed past closing time hour on 31 December 2021 worked together at providing me great professional service, listening and advising me of the choices for my set budget with some movement, and savings. 😊

I ended up staying 1 hour with Mr. Aliman past 6:30 pm (6:00 pm closing time) and we struck a deal. I am happy with my purchase.

As a previous La-Z-Boy sofa owner for 17 years, I knew in the brand name stood for durability, quality and now the new look design helped me in choosing the correct sofa for my needs.

One can never go wrong with Lazy Boy!! Yes it's expensive, you just have to hit them when they have sales. We got a living room sofa, 2 recliners for under $4500. To us, that's a steal and this furniture will be around 20 years from now. Thank you Lazy Boy, we love our new living room set. Highly recommend.

We have recently completed the purchase and delivery of our new La-Z-Boy Furniture for 2 rooms in our home from the Cyrville location. The dedicated staff was extremely courteous and professional. Our Design Consultant Cliff and the In-Home Designer Magaly, were extremely helpful and made the purchase and design choices extremely easy for us. Dan the Store Manager, made the final payments and delivery scheduling very easy. The delivery personnel Corey and Jason exhibited the utmost in professionalism and provided that attention to detail that was second to none. We are extremely satisfied with our experience at La-Z-Boy and our new furnishings. We would definitely recommend the Cyrville location and we will definitely be returning for future purchases. No pressure sales people, however extremely knowledgeable about all the items on the floor when asked. explaining in detail how the product of interested was constructed. Although we purchased an extended warranty, we felt no pressure to do so, sales person just explained in detail, what it covered and left it up to me
