Circle K, together with Esso and McDonald, is making exit 814 on highway 401 an interesting stop for Ontario and Quebec travellers. Never forget to fuel up before going into Quebec, and get something you need at Circle K.

Recently, I had an unfortunate encounter at my local Circle K that left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. While stopping in for a quick purchase, I was suddenly accused of stealing by a staff member, specifically a lady behind the counter.

Despite being a loyal customer for years, I was taken aback by the accusation and felt deeply offended. Not only was there no evidence to support such a claim, but the way in which it was handled was incredibly unprofessional.

The encounter left a sour taste in my mouth, and it's disheartening to think that a simple trip to the convenience store could result in such a negative experience. Accusations of theft should not be thrown around lightly, especially without any basis.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness. Unfortunately, my experience at Circle K fell short of these expectations. I hope that in the future, the staff at Circle K will exercise more discretion and professionalism when dealing with customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We walked in the store minding are own business and this rude worker was staring at us and we were looking at what they had in the candy section and she was eyeing us down like a hawk and then, She said you guys better not be stealing so she accused us of stealing when we just wanted too look at the candy and then we told her that was bad costumer service and then she called her manager on us. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Washroom in poor condition. Don't stop here. No toilet paper in any of the stalls. The one stall with toilet paper was left on top of the dispenser, very unsanitary. Who knows what it touched. There is no baby changing room or table anywhere. So inconvenient. How is one supposed to change the baby? Toilets not flushing. One sink wasn't working. Water is very cold.

The women’s bathroom at this location shared between Circle K and McDonald’s is always in a disgusting condition regardless of the time of day! Whoever has responsibility to clean or look after this bathroom should be fired. Aug 2 about 6:30 on there was a lady and a child looking for a bathroom. All disgusting. Not sure about the disgusting creatures who visit and leave the washroom in this state, but it seems like NOBODY checks it. Gross! It deserves -5

the pump was broken and i had to pay for the gas which leaked on the floor. feeling of being robbed
