I am delighted to share the exceptional customer experience we received by your sales person Rania Saad, as she was friendly, and helpful everytime. We purchased a number of expensive items in past Few months - full dining room set, chairs, and then returned to buy a full Jaymar living room recliner set, and a third time for a lounge chair. Rania consistently went above and beyond for us as we have full confidence in her recommendations. She is a good representative of the professional JC Perreault culture as we remain loyal to this retailer.

From the moment we stepped into JC Perreault we have been treated like a valued possession. From the service to the showroom, the salespersons to the delivery men, 5 stars and excellence are the way to describe it. They say you get what you pay for, and even though we felt what we got was not unreasonable, this is not a second level store.

Great after-sales service by Manager Richard at the Kirkland location. He dealt with an issue I had and helped make it right. Delivery was awesome, the two gentlemen were careful and cleaned up after the delivery.

I was very happy with the service I received from Alexandre Courcy purchasing my new fridge and stove. He was so helpful helping me to select what I needed. The selection of appliances at JC Perrault was awesome and well priced.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE, starting with my salesman Stefan Camerand in Kirkland. This man deserves an award just for putting up with me. He is the most patient human I know. He is knowledgeable and professional. He listens very well and will sit there and research with you. Don't bother shopping around; Stefan's service is worth the few dollars you may save elsewhere. Truthfully, his prices were on par with those of Home Depot and CAS. It is my second round of major appliances with Stefan and JC Perreault. When I sold my condo, I sold the appliances to the new owners as they loved them. I recently moved and just received my new appliances from JC Perreault, which are in pristine condition. The delivery team, Assam and Stefan, were professional, and their service was excellent. I recommend and encourage you to go and see Stefan if you're looking for appliances. Just wanted to share that Rania gave us excellent service, not to mention that she was able to give us sound advice that was based off of our exact rooms and details that we provided.

As well as she was able to do multiple visits over to see exactly what we were dealing with, leading to an amazing and well furnished room at the end of it.

My husband and I went shopping for a sectional sofa at the Kirkland location. We were greeted by Rania Saad and right from the start we felt in confidence. She asked the right questions and showed us her recommendation to fit our needs. She was very helpful in recommending a fabric and we appreciated her designer experience. In less than an hour we had purchased the perfect sofa. We strongly recommend you ask for Rania for any assistance, she is very professional and knowledgeable!

Went to JC Perrault Kirkland to shop for a dinning table and chairs and ended up buying a leather sofa, love seat and area rug as well. This is due to the exceptional service and guidance provided by Rania who was extremely helpful and patient. We purchased bedroom furniture at JC Perrault Kirkland. They had a great selection of products. Robert Adler our sales person was excellent. He knows how to professionally deal with people, was knowledgeable and likeable. No pressure sales and patient. We recommend Robert if you are going into this store to purchase furniture.
