Got a really great collection of spirits and wines.
The layout is great inside and the staff are.really helpful and kind. This location is conveniently located with ample parking.

Great LCBO,,some nice allocated bourbon once in a while. Parking lot is a bit crazy but lots of parking spots available.

Not the biggest LCBO in the city but still pretty big. Has a great selection of spirits and wine. If you are looking for something they either have it or a good alternative to it.

One of the best and biggest store in the city with a lot of sale and a big free parking

The staff here are friendly and very helpful. I often get great recommendations of wines to try. Picking up a liquor I got shipped to the store was also easy and quick. There's a walk-in fridge with local craft beers and ready to drink cocktails.

Very nice selection of wines and liquor... Very easy to navigate and never too busy.

I don't often give 5 stars but the staff here are amazing! Always so kind and pleasant and frequently go out of their way to help their customers!

This is a smaller LCBO but they still have a great selection. You can get pretty much any kind of alcohol here, though I would recommend checking online if this place has your specific drink because it is small and can't stock everything. The staff here are really nice and knowledgeable, and there's not usually a long wait to check out here. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate. Overall a really nice place to get your evening drink on.

Great selection of Run, beer and other spirits. It’s a larger LCBO so it makes sense for their selection. Overall come here for your alcohol needs

Good customer service but didn't have the wine I needed

Always great service and if my favourite beer is running low, they'll check their stock room to see if there is more. Cashiers are always personable and conversational. Definitely my preferred location.

Thought there are LCBO stores closer to my residence, I have chosesn to shop at this location for a few reasons....Clean, lots of parking but mostly for the above and beyond helpful, friendly staff...I am a senior and mostly a wine drinker, but whenever I am looking for other spirits etc. the staff have been sooo helpful with helping me find and they describe to me the suggestions I am looking for, take me there and point the choices I have !!!!
Darcy (who is now retired) and Adam are among the 2 whose names I got but there have been more.
I commend all the staff for their continued friendlieness and helpfulness.....Keep up th excellent sservice, because I have brought you a few more customers over the years because of my bragging about you all..!!!!!!

I've used this store for a few years, always friendly staff and great selection. Recently I've done the online orders since it's convenient for me and it's phenomenal, the security guards are charismatic and I've never had to wait more then 5 minutes.

I was a bit nervous to go in what with the numbers rising in the city. It wasn't too too busy and people were respectful, whew!

I had a pretty big list to fill so I needed help... I didn't get his name but he was wonderful! Super helpful, sweet and... just lovely all around. The only thing we couldn't find on the list was a beautiful Argentinian red, which he let me know that all of Ontario is out of. I said I'd let him off the hook this time, with the supply chain having a bit of a hiccup and all lol

Side bar... I was pleasantly surprised to find that the store was pretty fully stocked, so they've been able to manage supply chain issues thus far!

I've been to many different LCBO locations in the past years. Visits are usually the same. I go in, I get what I want, I pay and leave. This time, I decided to ask one of the staff members about something new. Right away I was greeted with a enthusiastic smile and a "I'd be glad to find you something new, what have you tried already? I explained my preferences and he knew exactly what to suggest. We chatted a little more and started taking about recipes and brand origins.

This gentleman certainly made this standard visit into a personalized tour of many wonderful flavours and drink recipes.

This is now my preferred location.
It all comes down to customer service.

Good store and has most of the drinks one would want. Also one of the few in the Gloucester area that allow for same day pickup dropped directly to your car, without needing to go in the store

Very lovely Staff, a young man named Alexander was extremely helpful and made a great recommendation.

They no longer bring your online order out to you while you wait in your car. I was told I had to go in. So I did , but someone still had to carry my order out for me due to my being disabled and I couldn't carry it as it was too heavy. She told me that next time to park in handicap and call. Someone would bring it out. I told her there is only one handicap spot and it was full. But next time I'll park as close as possible and call. 😀😀😀

The only thing I hate about this LCBO is their lack of Smirnoff flavors, however that is personal opinion. They have a great selection especially the good cooled vodka drinks and some nice wines as well. Customer Service is spot on and I've never had any issues shopping here.
