We worked with Andre to purchase and install roller blinds. I have nothing but good things to say about Andre. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and responsive. And the blinds turned out exactly as we were envisioning. When we can afford to purchase blinds for the rest of our home, we will definitely be returning.

We recently used the services of The Decorators Choice when our living room blind broke. Andre personally oversaw our entire interaction with the store, giving us options on new blinds vs. repair and removing and re-installing the blind. We were thoroughly impressed with the excellent and meticulous service and very glad we called this store. Highly recommended!

We picked us a gallon of special moisture rated ceiling paint for saunas and some Sico products for house exterior, staff were very helpful and friendly and even helped carry stuff to the vehicle. Will be contacting the blinds specialist for a home application review and recommendations.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting their shop for some supplies, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to assist, making my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Their product selection is vast, and the quality of the paint I purchased was top-notch (can’t go wrong with Benjamin Moore products). I found the overall service to be professional and efficient, which is highly appreciated. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of high-quality decoration and paint supplies. Anytime I need paint, I come here. The staff are very helpful; I’ve gotten great help choosing colours and great advice on paint supplies I required. They sell high quality paint, and you can tell the difference when painting and with the wear of the paint and ease of cleaning painted surfaces (because what front hall won’t get scuff marks from shoes and items brought it?).

They also sell and install blinds; I had custom blinds installed and receive top-notch service. From the measuring to the selection to the installation, everything was easy from the customer’s side (the hardest part is choosing the colour/style, as there are so many to choose from!). 5 years later and the blinds were still in perfect condition!

Top notch service. Staff is courteous, helpful and will go the extra mile to please its customers. The quality of the paint is great too. Was in the store today to ask whether I could use an old paint purchased years ago at their store. They did not try to sell me another can. Instead they checked my can, stirred it, checked it against a sample of the same colour and advised me that I could use it. They even transferred the paint from my old rusty can to a small new one. I was delighted by the staff's service and advice.

We had a major problem with an old roller blind from a set of four, and were basically told there were no longer parts for the broken one, so all four would likely need to be replaced. We approached Decorators Choice and the store owner went to bat for us and worked out a solution that was more than fair and far less expensive than we were bracing for. He personally saw the process through to completion and we were impressed by his professionalism and his skill. And the new blinds are top quality!

Needed a color match. They had my gallondonr the next day. A bit pricey $126, but you get what you pay for. Love Benjamin Moore Paint.

As a contractor you any good product, fast service, and competitive prices.
I never shopped there before, and I always thought they were homeowner oriented rather than contractor irritants. Turns out that are both.
I needed a gallon of a specific brand and style paint that only certain stores sold, and they were conveniently located for me that morning.

I called them before heading out: they quoted me the best price for that paint in the city! I stopped in, they set up an account in 2 minutes, and got me on my way in no time.

We bought Levelor from this store. Price was very competitive, pre-sales support was great, installation was great. The whole experience was very good, I would definitely recommend this place.

I cannot rave enough about this paint shop. We repainted our entire house and some had issues with certain rooms. The staff here are not only incredibly helpful, they are honest and will take the time to discuss. Never tried to sell me anything they didn't think would work. Although maybe a bit more costly than a home depot etc.. the selection and quality is worth every penny. Will never go anywhere else for my paint needs

This store is our go-to for paint (BM and Farrow and Ball). The service and price are the best we have found. We have received wonderful service and advice from Karine on a few occasions and always leave feeling confident in our choice. All of our projects have turned out better than expected!

The best paint store in Ottawa. Excellent service all the time, helpful consultants, honest feedback and opinions. They were especially thoughtful during the pandemic and had curb side pickup expertly organized and extremely efficient. Will continue coming back.

I have received excellent advice every time I visited them. I got a great suggestion to finish my cedar siding. . Another time I was worried about the flat paint that was suggested for the bathroom but it was fabulous! So I decided to hire them for a colour consultation for renovating my main floor. Debbie came to my home and gave excellent advice. After that I could go in any time for more advice for my home as they keep a file on you! Thanks guys!
