I went in this morning to print a few pictures, I was having trouble getting a code emailed to me so the lovely young woman patiently helped me order my photos in a different way. She was very patient with me, as it took me a few extra minutes to go through the process to order and pay for my pics. Thank you, I appreciated your help.

Vicki at the print center is really great. During a busy day, I had a rush order that needed to be FedExed before the deadline. She handled it quickly and efficiently and put everything neatly in a box to keep from getting wet outside due to the weather.

We placed an order with the print shop and Julia was fantastic. Her level of service and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. In today’s retail world, it seems like good service is a dying art, but not the case here. Julia seems to know her job like the back of her hand. She was very friendly, quick, efficient, very helpfull and super pleasant to deal with. We’ll be glad to go back for all of our printing needs.

This morning, I was going to print some returning labels and ship a parcel internationally. An employee named ‘Laura’ helped me a lot. She’s very kind and patient. When I decided not to get the parcel shipped because of the carrier’s shipping rate, she even didn’t charge me for printing! I could ‘see’ her eyes smiling although we were face masked! Thank you Laura! I had very positive experiences in this Bureau En Gros!

Staff is great and knowledgeable with what they do. They have a printing services for anyone who needs help with that. I bought a laptop here which they did not have in stock and they asked me how I would like to get it and gave me the option to wait 2business days or to get in touch with the store for pickup. The whole purchase took only about 40min with a financing approval.

I've always been able to find what I need at this Staples, but this time, my applause goes to Christina, an employee in the printing shop. Rarely have I encountered such patience, courtesy, politeness and insight! A lovely, professional young lady, she stayed by my side and saw both my projects through to the end, even though that meant that she had to stay an hour later, and this, after a 9 hour workday! Staples definitely got lucky with this employee!! Thank you, Christina!

Kudos to the manager, Pierre Leblanc for providing outstanding service. A high end office chair was bought on sale and as a consumer there were some concerns. Mr. Leblanc was so gracious and offered several convenient options including returning and be credited or having a possible additional chair delivered free. I would not hesitate to recommend this store.

The store is well organised. Its staff is welcoming and professional. The print order requested, was quickly understood and the final work was perfect. The associate assisting me was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Was so happy the government opened up stores again, I needed office supplies and ink. I asked for help and was served by a very pleasant man. Good place for supplies, always helpful.

Best place ever! Great services, great staff, place is clean, professional. It basically has everything that you need! Got the 6.99 protection plan for 2 years! What a deal!

They didn't have my product in stock ..The staff called several stores to get them for me..The product arrived in 2 days !! AWESOME JOB FOR THE STAFF!!
