You can find the most amazing world-class cheeses I have ever seen here. Rockcliffe Park prices, of course, but quality, quality... The staff are wonderful: approachable, offering excellent advice, wrapping everything as gifts when asked.

What a nice little shop! They have so many fun ingredients and products. The cheese counter is incredible and there’s also a lovely selection of pastries! The staff are all smiles and it’s just a lovely specialty shop for a treat or some gifts. The prices are not insane considering these aren’t the usual grocery store items, but because everything looks so good you might end up with quite a bill!

nice lady helped find me and my girlfriend a nice cheese, just got home and tried it and i can say without a doubt it was delicious! price was very decent as well for how good the products are. definitely gonna be returning soon :)

The Cheese of the Month club has been an excellent, new experience to get introduced to the world of fine cheeses and charcuterie accompaniments. I highly recommend trying the Cheese Club or going here for rich cheese.

The items are fresh and of high quality 👌. Customer service is also very responsive to deliver same day or next day local delivery.

Looking forward to the next month's box as well as reordering some of my newly discovered gourmet favorites!

This is an amazing place. Yes, some prices are high but that's normal anywhere that sells such fine imported goods and high quality local items. There are many things here, you simply can't find elsewhere.

This was my first time going, I received a gift card at Christmas time. I was blown away when I walked in, it was amazing. The amount of products available for every occasion and the knowledgeable staff they have not to mention how nice they are. The items I ended up getting did not disappoint!! My friend and I couldn't get enough!! I love the cheese wall and all the choices they have. I look forward to my next visit!

I love Jacobsons. They have such unique offerings that you can’t find anywhere else. I was looking everywhere for Za’Atar and Baharat spice. I even went to metro and the workers looked at me like I was speaking another language. But then I went to Jacobsons and they knew exactly what I wanted and they had a whole wall of hard-to-find spices in stock! They also carry unique baked goods (check the fridge/freezer) and they carry Challah bread which I go to pick up most Fridays (they actually call it it by its correct name rather than “twisted egg bread” which is quite a Shanda!). I will be a repeat customer for years to come!

Our favorite specialty shop in all Ottawa. If you love cheese, trying new things and discovering local gems, this place is for you.

Huge selection of fine foods from around the globe 🤩 very friendly staff and warm welcoming atmosphere. Kudos to Sarah who took a lot of time to patiently run us through the different items in store and recommending us the best. Prices might seem to be on the higher end but worth it for the quality. Will be back!! ❤

AMAZING selection of high end / luxury grocery goods. The staff is highly knowledgeable and beyond helpful and kind, I would absolutely recommend anyone to check it out! The delicious fresh baked bread keeps me coming back for more!

Great selection of unusual products. I don't find the prices particularly high given the quality offered. The two customer parking spaces on the side are nice touches for those not living within walking distance to the shop.

I had incredible service when I came in today. Thank you to the clerk who effortlessly helped me pick some cheese and crackers and the lovely cashier who kindly gave me an oversized bag (because my cat loves them). I needed that caring service today.

Great place to find all sorts of products (sodas, candy, prepped meals, cheese, jams, etc.). I often shop in this kind of place, and often you see the same products from place to place. Here I saw a ton of things I had never seen before. Very nice staff, super clean store. Highly recommended!

Unique food, imported and absolutely delicious. Specialty cheese and knowledgeable personal help to make choosing easy.
Bakery section has specialty breads and recently tried a unique cinnamon bun with caramel, worth every penny!

Best place to buy bread. Their croissants are the best in town.
