Went in today to get a new controller for my system. Although I didn't get the employees name, she was very helpful and friendly.
definitely recommend this location.

Both Jen and Liv handled themselves quite professionally with an irate customer, and his aggressive wife. From what I could tell your employees did none of what was accused. Anyways fun stuff, good on you 2! Thanks for the assistance with pokemon.

Went in to buy this beauty. The staff were very friendly helpful. We talked for a few minutes afterwards about the system and games. Store is packed with goodies. Not just for gamers anymore. They sell sports cards, figures, Funko... Wide variety of items. Very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend this location if you're in the market for a system or collectables.

Always a great experience when visiting this location. Great selection video games and particularly Pokémon trading card game, with store exclusives. Super friendly staff with just an overall great vibe. Definitely one of my favourite places to hit up for new products.

Used to hate every EB/GS for the longest time, most staff just didn't really care and made you feel unwanted or like you were a bother. It really was 101% about money and the quality of new or used products alike were very questionable.

These guys though? Amazing. They actually look and act like they love their jobs and are more than happy to chat with you. They've called me of their own volition many times to let me know if something I might have been interested in was selling out quick, even going as far as pre-ordering over the phone for me. Everything I've purchased here has been in pristine condition. Can tell they have a passion for gaming and care about their customers.

I wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else.

Managed to snag the last copy of Tears of the Kingdom that they had in stock. Been waiting all year to play it! Always love visiting GameStop and what was previously EB Games.

Always a great spot to find unique collectable treasures. Update...the manager is very good at her job & knowledge, I like her. I was listening to her talking with other employees and a big boss of some sort and she took charge and you can tell she cares about the community just by how she was planning an upcoming event...don't know ur name but ur awesome 👌!!

Not too far off from my apartment, be it on foot or driving, so very convenient to pick up my new pre-orders.

The staff is very friendly when it comes to general information, or picking up my pre-orders. They also accept pre-orders over the phone, and the staff is very understanding. I strongly recommend buying games from here.

I went in because my child wanted to, but rating the staff because I was so impressed. Another customer sold a game system to the store.... transaction concluded, customer left. Store employee made a comment to other employee and then phoned the customer, telling him to come back because he made a mistake... he owed the customer money. Quite a bit of money. That's good, honest service.

Jenny is incredible at this location. She went above and beyond to help make my daughters Christmas amazing. Thank you.

The staff are very helpful. They didn't have the item I wanted immediately and were able to direct me to the store that had it nearby.

And for buying a pre-owned consoles, it's hands down the best. I've bought used consoles from kijiji that failed a month later. At least here you get a warranty and if you want an extended one.

Update... Finally found my playstation 5 bundle here. So excited! I was also able to get $300 off of my total purchase for trading in my PS4 pro, pawn shop would only give me $120.

Nice store, well organized, friendly welcoming service and lots of selection of games.

They're always willing to go the distance to help me find the games I'm looking for (especially since I'm kinda cheap and I'm constantly asking for "only used please", even for popular games). Staff is super friendly! It shows when employees enjoy their work and their coworkers, and this store has a really fun environment.

I've been shopping here for years because there's a very helpful sales rep named Richard. I sigh a relief when he's there because I hate shopping for games since I know nothing but have to find that perfect gift. Every recommendation Richard provided was a hit with my kid. Nothing but respect for this staff member that loves his job and does it with enthusiasm. It's been awhile since I've been in because I keep missing Richard so if he's not there, huge loss!

Out of all the gamestops in the Ottawa area, this one has the best customer service. They are helpful knowledgeable and even go out of their way to give you a call back to let you know they were able to change your number on your edge account. That is above and beyond service. We'll done ladies

This EB games has a variety of merchandise & is fairly decently sized. Good sales happen from time to time. Staff is pretty friendly, came here for early release. Overall has better stocks than other locations as well.

Great! Had my online order ready to go, helped me find a few other items, and advised me on what item to wait on before purchasing to get best bang for my buck (upcoming Black Friday Deal). A+
