Best Buy

I haven't been to a Best Buy in years. It used to be a fun place that I would visit with my son, when he was a kid, to discover new technology ... he was also allowed to push all the buttons he wanted, and we'd often leave the store with a couple of small purchases.

Today, I went to Best Buy to drop off an old laptop and a couple of old tablets. They accept old technology. You just drop it off at a large recycling bin near the entrance, which is much better than throwing it in the garbage and it ends up in a landfill.

Anyway, I decided to go inside and check out the store. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much it has changed, hence the reason for this review. They've done a great job reinventing themselves and redecorating the place accordingly. It was also great to see a physical store still exists for what's become one of the top online purchases since the pandemic, i.e. electronics.

Hazla was excellent! Answered all questions and was not pushy at all (very refreshing). Even though stock showed 1, she did not give up looking for the MacBook we wanted! Thank you for the great customer service

I recently purchased a new I Phone 14 at this store and was very impressed with the exceptional service I recieved during my visit. Aisha helped answer all of my questions and provided much needed assistance in buying a new smart phone. I would definately recommend this location's mobile department to all interested customers.

In March my wife and I bought new cell phones with data plans.
The service rep. handled the transaction in a professional manner answering all questions with no hesitation.
We were very pleased with the service.

I visited the geek squad- excellent service, considering it was really busy and one person manning the desk. I also had the help of two other store associates for my purchases. One on the floor and one from parcel pick up. I did not get anyone’s names, but was very satisfied with their knowledge and friendliness and all their help. Keep up the great work.
I want to add a side note. The gentleman that was working the Chromebook section (VERY TALL blonde man) was an absolute rock star and knew his stuff! Very friendly and polite and quick to help

We came into Best Buy today to purchase a printer. We were lucky enough to have a lovely person called Shubhneet to help us look at the different options and make our choice. She is wonderful --- helpful -- knowledgeable ---and real. We were completely happy with our experience at Best Buy today thanks to the professional and kind way we were treated by Shubhneet.

Black Friday sales has just started!
Large store with different electronics and home appliances sections.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff although you keep waiting for them during the busy hours of the day.

I received excellent service today when buying my new cell phone. Trisul was endlessly patient and intelligent in helping me find the best price and package and then signing me up. Also thanks to Aisha, prath, tulika, vanshika and Adrianna who also helped me and gave me exceptional service. I also learned that best buy helps lower our cell phone bills by creating access to several providers in their store so one can easily compare one provider to another to find the best deal. Also since best buy employees don't get commissions staff only sell you products you need. It's good to find a store like best buy that cares about it's customers and I am definitely extremely happy with my service

Just got a great Black Friday Sale tonight, thanks to John the GM and his fine friendly team here at the Coventry location.
I’ve been buying all my electronics here like multiple tv’s, iPads, Sony headphones, cell phones and cases and a smart weight scales.
They have great deals and a wide assortment of products to meet your needs.
Friendly staff, clean store and easy returns.

My son and I were looking for some budget items, specifically a keyboard and headphones, Nadeen or Nadeem, not sure tbh, was super helpful and made good suggestions! Would go again and would recommend

My wife and I went to Coventry Rd Best Buy on Feb/29 for a exchange.... At the Service Desk was "SHIRLEY"... The customer services she provided was *exceptional*...She went all in to make sure we were all set & happy with our purchases...will return to this store for my future purchases...

He, store manager Maressa (sp?), and another amazing employee who had only recently starting working there (I didn’t catch his name)we so incredibly helpful with my daughter’s cracked computer screen-made sure she was sorted for her first few weeks of university with a loaner computer while fixing hers. Great humour, efficient, and friendly, Priyam made a stressful moment a calm one. Thanks P, we owe you! We will bring our dog to meet you on our next visit!

Fantastic experience. Clean, well organized store, easy to find what you are looking for.
Recently went to store on Strandherd Dr. Nepean. Geek squad solved my problem within minutes. Ryan was patient, knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. Could not ask for a better experience. I highly recommend this store.
