J'avais laissé un commentaire à propos d'un employé extrêmement désagréable et il semble qu'on mes écouté. Il a été remplacé par une jeune femme courtoise et articulé qui sourit à pleine dents lorsqu'on arrive à la caisse. Les autres employés sont déjà tous sympathique et compétents. Vraiment un bon propriétaire, merci !

This is ridiculous, please consider hiring someone that speaks French or English, or at least is willing to look for the products, and not just shake their head like they are not even sure what they are doing there... We came back few times thinking it's normal to have one clerk like that, however, all are like this...

I am not sure its only me, but a pack of 24 water bottle for $10.99 is insane.

Online it says open 24 hours, went to get a bag of chips at 10:58pm to find the door locked and lights off. I'm new to the area and the staff isn't the friendliest, the staff at proxy are friendlier.

I rushed to the hospital around 7 am near this place to pay my final respects to my cousin. I was in such a rush that I didn’t even bring my wallet. After I left the hospital, I desperately needed a pack of cigarettes. Luckily, I still had my credit card. I asked the woman at the register for a pack and she refused because I didn’t have my ID even though I am 23 and have a car and a credit card. But I understood. Rules are rules. I told her that I had pictures of my passport, driver’s license, “Carte Soleil”, birth certificate, Student ID... Any piece of ID she could ask for but she still refused. I went outside to ask my older brother if he could get it since he remembered to bring his wallet, unlike me. He went in and she refused to serve him at all. Practically ignored his existence. We had no choice but to go somewhere else. On top of losing someone I love, I had to deal with the cashier’s disgusting attitude. Madame Susan, you are a bad person and you make couche tard look bad.

The boy at the counter insulted my mother by calling her old in a derogatory manner. It was unprovoked. We went today, Tuesday, March 3rd 2020 at 4:40pm.
