Really nice staff they gave me great service

I went there to open a new mobile service account. My case was a bit particular, porting a corporate phone number into a personal account. They took the time to make it right. I received my first bill and the price is as they have detailed it to me in the store. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I had there.

Great customer service, made a few in store pick up purchases and they are always courteous and helpful. Definitely restored my faith in TheSource. One of the few stores that are obviously well managed. Kudos to Chakib and the team !

Owing to COVID-19, we were asked to line up outside the store and let the representative know what we needed. The representative was really kind and was able to meet my needs. The customer service representative I spoke to afterwards was also hospitable.

I went to La Source to buy new phones for the whole family. The manager Mathieu offered us deals that I couldn't find anywhere else and I was very happy with the service received by the staff working there during the whole transaction.

Super service au La Source Centre Laval! C'est la troisième fois que je renouvelle mon service mobilité avec eux et les employés sont à l'écoute et ont de bons conseils. Je suis très satisfaite. Un merci tout spécial au gérant Félix pour sa compétence et sa belle énergie.

Le service à la clientèle du conseiller Aroshan a été courtois et professionnel. Il a pris le temps de bien expliquer le plan d'abonnement au service de cellulaire Bell. Il a très gentiment pris aussi le temps de s'assurer que mon téléphone était bien configuré. Merci beaucoup !

Je suis très contente de mes achats ! Félix m’a donné une carte cadeaux de 125$. Très bon vendeur , patient et surtout drôle !

On est venu chercher un petit truc de rien et tu nous as servi avec la même importance que si on avait une commande de 500$, avec de bons conseils, un sourire, une tentative respectueuse de vente complémentaire qui aurait probablement fonctionné si j'était la payeuse de mon forfait de téléphone. Continu comme ça, ça fait du bien du beau service de même 😁
