Went laptop shopping for school and found many choices in all price ranges. Staff aren’t that knowledgeable compared to the branch is Rosemere. Prices are better than other stores and customer service is great and helpful

Saturday, April 09 - My cell phone decided to retire without notice therefore I had to buy a new one. I want to thank Jack for being so patient, courteous, helpful, kind and for all his excellent customer service!! He helped me chose my phone and set things up so I was ready when I returned home. I am sure there are many nice sales clerks at the store but Jack, YOU REALLY ACED EVERYTHING!!

I really have to say that I have always had great service in various departments of this Best Buy. Remember being patient and kind works both ways.

My experience was fantastic and stress free!
Purchased a 75 inch TV along with all required and professionally recommended accompaniments.
Staff, particularly Samba was helpful and professional.
Fred and he were awesome especially when I had to return due to another reduction in TV price within 30 days.No questions asked. Honoured swiftly.
Bilingual staff a pleasure. Geek squad and delivery, installations went super fluid.
Best Buy Laval staff do seem overworked and understaffed. No fault of their own people. I would imagine complaints would improve if superiors acknowledge this issue.

Felt welcome the minute I walked in today. The employee at the door right away asked me what I was looking for and guided me to the right department. I got and amazing service from Faycal and Yasmine. They were very professional and helpful. It’s fun to see employees that cares about your needs and wants. They were very knowledgeable and really helped me with my purchases. Big thumbs up to Faycal and Yasmine! I’ll be back and make sure to be served by them again next time.

This shop is amazing, because it has the right people serving you.

Remi was excellent, he helped us 2 hours after closing hours, made sure we bought the right appliances, showed us all the options and the alternatives for the budget we had.

I went to this location because I was close when I decided i wanted to buy an electronic cable. I did not find the product I was looking for, but I left with the biggest smile on my face. I know for a fact that Eric the guy that helped out did absolutely everything he could to find my product. He checked twice in the back, checked another department and checked in boxes that they just received to be sure. This guy has amazing customer service and this branch will go very far with people like him as part of their staff!

Good selection of products. Staff was very good. Young man in Apple computer area impressed me. I bought a new MACbook Pro. Wanted bigger hard drive but I could not wait for it to come in. Happy with purchase. Great service

I special thank you to Anas Hadar (at the computer department.) I was having a not so warm service at best buy mainly from geek squad until Anas took care of my request. He took all the time that I needed to answer all my questions. His service and attitude was very welcoming to the point inviting me to communicate all my needs relating to the visit. I will come back and ask directly to be serviced by Anas next time. I bought a surface go with a type cover.

Best buy improved a lot and stepped it up against their internet competitor. After years of almost exclusively buying my electronics online I started going back to their store. I'll get the best price or they just price match whatever price you find better online.

I went here on Boxing Day and the staff were absolute champions for dealing with all the crazy shoppers. It's a very cool and modern looking Best Buy too. Great place for all your electronics

As much as i had horrible service at the best buy marche central, the best buy in Laval was another experience.

Kevin from the TV department was extremely helpful and gave me a great deal. Service was amazing and they matched the price from another store.

Wonderful service from Mena, who proved to be very knowledgeable in the products in-store, even though his specialization was only in the Lenovo department. Excellent customer service and very admirable work ethic

Shopping for a new set of kitchen appliances.....The first thing I needed was to understand what each model offered in reality ....in practical terms.....the small details that are not described in a manual....or on a model description.....I stopped in Laval by chance.....Mrs. Stephanie Plante was amazing.....despite the fact that I said to her that we are not buying today and that we are here by lack because we had 30 minutes to make a first visit.......within 25 minutes she helped us understand the things to look for....in 3 different types of appliances...she made us feel welcomed....and worked hard for us to answer questions....that is why we came back to the store......On our 2nd visit....(sorry Stephanie I tried to ensure you were there but so busy we decided spontaneously to come)... Mr. Claudiu continued on our great experience......answered even more questions and was patient in our selection process between models of different pricing levels.......we concluded our purchase with a great smile and confidence that we made the right selection for our needs. Keep both names and ask for them....you will be glad to meet them and be helped by them. In a chaotic world.....Great people make the difference.

Best kind service from mark at tv sales and outstanding service and help from the knowledgeable sony representative based their ....if it was not of him i would have returned the tv and sound bar ...he is the reason i bought them in the first place ....if i could i would put one star for the geek squad that messed my installation .
