We bought everything from there for our home in a good equality. And the people there are so friendly and very helpful.

Usually I go to Reno every month twice or 3 times, this place is helpful , unlike the completion which is “ORANGE” :) you know who, you ask a question here and people know where the products are. Prices are decent and layout is well thought of. It’s not my first place to go for my initial needs but it’s growing on me.

I could easily find everything I was looking for and employees were really kind and helpful

Great store but cashiers disapearing.

Can find all your project items even all types of screws

Totally, it was good but there are some suggestions for top management level.

The interior color is not attractive, nice or calming.

Other issue is the carts. Most of them are old, rusted & not good.

The employee that served us by the name of Francisco in the appliances department gave us an outstanding customer service, he was really attentive to our needs and patient with all our questions and made us feel confident in making a decision to purchase and he really took his time with us as well. Moreover, he was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable.

good store, good selection of nuts and bolts. Found wire by the foot to be overpriced but its not Lumen so i get it..

Great service from Mr.Francisco Mass Rodriguez.. helpful, patient. I was going to buy my LG washer from Costco but after the great service I bought with Mr Francisco. He knows his stuff!!

Went there for home appliances and received amazing service from Nicolas! He took the time to explain everything, was patient with our questions, double checked the information, calculated the total for us, etc. We had amazing customer service, thank you again Nicolas!!

Wide range of hardwares,tools, electrics, plumbing, wood, doors and related stuffs are displayed and stored at reasonable prices. Indoor, outdoor plants, gardening equipments, pesticides, fertilizers are also available. Nearby the parking lot and heavy duty trolly is also available onsite

We had an amazing customer service from Eric in the tiles and flooring. Great help , service and we could not have done our bathroom without his help.
