Bought a combo of 5 Diamond car washes. Came in for the 1st and got stuck in the wash bay for almost 30 minutes due to sprayer failure. The guy in charged showed up, got inside..... The fisrt thing he did was ASKING ME IF MY CAR HAD STRUCKED THE SPRAYER !! his face was not friendly. I took some pics of the failed sprayer for later eventualities. I was lucky because i saw him removing easily one loosen SCREW that could have damaged my car....He then asked me where was the washing process stopped ! I told him the last phase. He activated the last phase to continue the washing but after the wash finished the soap was still hanging all over the car.... Too bad.

After two weeks - March 7th 2024:
I used the card for the 2nd wash at the Vaudreuil-Dorion Esso gas station, the card did not work. I had to pay 20$ for the car wash. The employee at this station has tried to scan the card with the machine at the counter inside and told me that the card showing error. She advised me to contact the Esso where i bought this card. I called them and got advised that the card only work for their ESSO station. It is ridiculous. The manager is not in tonight so i will have to call tomorrow morning. When i bought the card, the clerk told me that it will work with any PROXI affiliated station but it was not the case.

I hope they will do something about this. Frustrated.

Du plastic dans mon sac et j'ai même pas le droit a un replacement. Pas un remboursement juste un nouveau sac.
