i use this print shop for my online art store. they’re reliable, kind, professional, and the prints always come out beautiful and in vibrant colours. service is fast (even when it’s busy) and prices are reasonable. i recommend 100%

I came in with my broken joy-con and shipping label to send it out for repair. I asked for packaging and the person who helped me knew exactly which box to use and got it ready for me with no fuss. Very smooth service and the cost was reasonable.

A winner of a friendly neighbourhood stationary store. I come here often to get paper, glue, pens, notebooks, and other stationary items. They also have a wide variety of eco conscious reusable products (bulk refillable soaps, lunch items, etc). On average the prices are reasonable.

The staff seem to be quite conscientious about safety during COVID-19 and are following all the best practices.

I've never mailed anything out from here but honestly, if I ran into problems, I'd probably blame UPS for sucking as a company generally, not the people working here. But then, that's just me.

Patient service. I was sending documents and knew nothing about how the process works. The staffs were there to explain everything that I didn’t understand. They weren’t rushing, but made sure they got everything correct on the info part. Overall very good experience.

Toujours eu un excellent service à cette papeterie où je m'approvisionne depuis huit ans. À ma dernière visite, le personnel m'a gentiment réparé mon vieux pousse-mine avec le sourire.

Installé à la section des impressions, je me suis rendu compte que la petite équipe du UPS Store manquait cruellement de personnel ce jour-là. Une commande venait d'être déposée dans la ruelle et il était très difficile de la superviser ou de s'en occuper, d'autant plus que l'achalandage de la clientèle à l'intérieur était effarant. Temporairement sans emploi, je me suis donc porté volontaire pour effectuer le transfert des boîtes à l'intérieur. Étant un client satisfait de cette entreprise depuis des années, il m'était normal de leur rendre service à mon tour. Cela dit, on m'a remercié allègrement, payé l'heure de travail et remboursé les impressions préalablement payées. Voilà à quoi ressemblent les moeurs et coutumes au UPS Store sur Beaubien. Je ne connais que très peu de gens du quartier qui ne sont pas allés y faire imprimer des affiches ou des documents importants. Le service est très fiable et souvent la vitesse "turbo" est enclenchée. Les employés là-bas sont gentils et s'y connaissent pas à peu près. À chaque fois que je magasine des duo-tangs colorés ou des stylos de qualité, que je sillonne à travers les rayons de beaux cahiers et de bloc-notes, je me sens comme un écolier à la veille de la rentrée et cela me procure une joie immense. Selon moi, la papeterie numéro un du quartier!

Ça fait environ 10 ans que je vais à cette papeterie pour des impressions et du matériel de bureau. J’ai toujours eu un bon service et les prix sont raisonnable

Toujours bien accueillie et le service est rapide. Je dépose et viens récupérer mes colis. Personnel très amical. C’est à l’arrière d’une papeterie qui vend des très jolies choses mais assez chères quand même. Sinon j’ai trouvé un sac de plage très beau pour 10$ 😀
