I was pleased with my experience ordering from Canada Puzzles - the order arrived quickly, and the puzzle itself looks very nice and was one that I hadn't seen in many other North American puzzle stores. Would happily order from them again!

Had a nice christmas puzzle from Brugge in Belgium. Nice to see something a little bit different

Definitely would not recommend. They took my order and my money more than two weeks ago when they were promising a two-day deliver on their website. They didn't respond to any queries I sent about the status of the order. After I placed my order, they increased the minimum order amount (twice) and then, today, cancelled my order. Rather than honouring orders according to when they were placed, they seem to favour bigger orders placed later. It really seems like they're simply cashing in on the current situation and trying to make as much money as possible. If they had been honest from the start, I could have ordered from another supplier, but becasue they waited for more than two weeks to "cancel" my order, I;ve been left high and dry. I will never use them again.
