Amazing service and very helpful team! Jasmine and her team deserve every star. I came into the store a few times over a week to ask questions about switching my business lines to Telus. Every member of the staff that I spoke with was extremely helpful each time. When I decided to make the switch, Jasmine worked diligently to ensure all the lines were properly ported and that all the changes were done properly on my account. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I obtained. Thank you to the whole team at Telus Lucerne!

I discovered this newly opened Koodo location while helping a friend reactivate her cell phone after it had been lost and found again. The staff here is absolutely fabulous; very friendly, no pressure, and super deals on various packages.
As a result of this experience, a week later I decided to switch from my own provider of 9 years to Koodo which was again an excellent experience!
I should also mention that my previous provider had an arduous voicemail system which I am delighted to have left behind.
I am more than pleased!
