Just had the best experience in this store. We are on vacation in Montreal and my kids wanted to buy some toys to play with. We went to this toy store and bought 2 remote control cars and some other little gadget toys. One of the cars wasn’t working properly and we went to return it. They were so friendly and understanding. They replaced the malfunctioning toy and gave my son another (more expensive) one but refused to let me pay the difference. We will definitely stop again on our next trip to Montreal.

Great place to get gifts and balloons for all occasions. The owner is super nice and waited for me after closing when I was rushing to get stuff for a bday party. Thank you again!

A great family owned store where you will get friendly and helpful assistance in finding a gift for a birthday party or a gift....they know what kids like and have always given me spot on advice. Extremely nice people!

Bought a pair of Solar Eclipse glasses for tomorrow, April 08, 2024, and I got robbed. I paid $10 +tax for these glasses worth maybe a dollar. Cote St Luc shopping center has them for $6. Called store back and they told me it's final sale. Highway Robbery !!!

We spent here a lot of money for my three kids and buying gifts every time we went to other kids’ parties…not anymore!!!
Yesterday I bought a few items (almost $65) including a game for one of my daughters who was not wih me but she did not like it. So I went back today in order to replace it with something else (even willing to pay a difference for something more expensive) but the lady refused the replacement, telling me it was a final sale. I replied that she did not mention that yesterday and it was not specified on the bill. She insisted that she had no solution. So, I said that it was the last time I was there.

Je viens de sortir du magasin j’ai eu vraiment un très mauvais service je suis très déçu au lieu donc courage et des grosses enseignes comme Toys “R” Us je préfère encourager un petit détaillant comme eux je suis arrivé à 4h45 pour acheter plusieurs choses pour mes enfants .
La jeune fille voulait juste fermer le magasin et s’en foutait de moi elle m’a donné aucun service à chaque fois que je lui poser une question elle partait aider quelqu’un d’autre je trouve ça très déplorable j’ai quand même dépensé 131 $ et si elle se serait occupé de moi bien plus .
Je me pose la question si je dois encourager des grosses chaînes comme Amazon ou Toys “R” Us où je vais avoir du bon service ou si je dois continuer aller chez des petits détails comme ça !!!
C’est vraiment déplorable comme attitude est inadmissible !!
