Nice staff. Small store with lots of options for toddler to teen. My son went in several times just to look at it all.

Very safe environment to shop. They have a sanitizing table outside the store with disposable gloves and hand sanitizer. Friendly service and competitive prices. Lots of choices for every age and taste. Loved shopping there. I would definatelly return to shop.

The lady who assist us was very accommodating and helpful.

There's something for everybody from babies to grannies. Great selection of puzzles. The only toy store in Whistler.

Great selection

Great selection of toys, games, coloring books, and puzzles. However, I must offer the following feedback to the owners:

1.) Don’t continually unlock and lock your doors every time a customer enters and exits. This shows great distrust in your potential customers and is very unwelcoming. Not only this but you block the only exit in case of an emergency. You opened a small business and took on the risk that things may be taken. You are losing customers by locking the doors.

2.) Don’t chastise a 2 year old for grabbing a toy and telling them “be careful with that as that item is for sale”. I know very well what my son is doing and understand if you break it you buy it. Let me parent my kid.

3.) Don’t take a 10 minute break right when a customer wants to come in. You lost a lot business as I was going to come back in to purchase several things. Advertise on your windows when you take breaks. The public will be way more understanding of that.

Other than that they have a wonderful selection of items for kids. I am just not impressed with the sales associate who made my family few very unwelcome. Interpersonal communication needs to be improved here.

Cute shop with a small but mighty selection. Nothing really stood out to me, though, so I can't say it's exceptional.

Excellent selection of toys and games for all ages

We made a stop into Whoola 3 weeks ago. I was looking for gifts for young kids (1 & 2) and their stock was so low that I didn’t feel as though there was a selection. Sadly, I walked out empty handed. They did have better selection for older kids.
