RONA Gatineau (Aylmer)

Nice drive-through lumber yard... Everything is easy to access: the wood was well organized and the driving aisles were nice and wide. I didn't go inside the store, so I cannot comment on the main part of the store. The outside staff were friendly and helpful.

Great customer service, great selection of products and well stocked. Small store with a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve always had an excellent experience when shopping there. Everyone gives it their all. Keep up the amazing work!

I've received the one of the best customer service in a while today at Rona. Things can always happen with large orders, and it doesn't even matter because Joel made me feel that he is truly sorry and he fixed the situation with the compassion, no excuses, and in timely manner.

Always a good experience shopping at this smaller local branch of Rona. Some might argue that choice is limited, however, it has a nice ma and pa shop feel and it has a bit of everything. I don’t need 40 choices for a light fixture, I just need a place where I can buy paint, mulch, screws or a hook for the toilet without needing to go to a big box store. Client service is always friendly and courteous.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Always happy to go there. Their lumber yard is usually well stocked and when you need something in a pinch, you're rarely disappointed.

Helpful staff, especially the paint department where I've gotten good advice. This location has a smaller selection than the big Rona stores, but I've always found essential things for plumbing and painting.

This store is awesome. We went in because we needed paint and paint supplies. The woman who work in that department was very helpful. Ease to find what you need and not crowded. We were in and out quickly. This is my new go to place.

Worse customer service, I've ever experience this is pathetic. I don't even think, if a store tried to have such bad service they could achieve the level that rona has succumb too.
What amazing about these stores you can't even call to find out general information, for example to see if they might have something your looking for. Such a great policy ! Never going back in my life !

Good customer service, clean and very well organized keep in mind that their inventory is limited and you will find only essential products it’s a mini hardware store but usually you will find almost what you need.

Good service and front desk good

I stoped in earlier this week because I needed to find a wrench that fit my bolt.
The young man searched but could only find a socket set that was a few hundred dollars 🥺

He said give me a second and started looking through his tools for the right size, and he found it! 🤗

I’m very thankful that I didn’t have to drive all the way to the next Rona and I will continue shopping here because of the great customer service!

I’m horrible with remembering names but I can tell you it was Tuesday.

Picked up a bunch of bags of gravel. Staff was very helpfull, helped put them all in truck without hesitation. Good price also!

Great service in the lumber yard. I needed help getting some insulation in my car, and the attendant did everything possible to help. Very attentive hands-on service.

I don't know what the other guy is talking about. Very good and friendly customer support. Cashiers are often the managers. Smaller crew so you always have follow ups with the same ppl. All long time employees. I drive from hull to do business with them. I dropped Buckingham rona after to many mistakes. Hull rona and reno are ok for products but to many students staff who don't know much or just don't care.

Love this store! Well supplied, and the staff know their stuff. Huge yard with building materials and a nice botanical section, too.

Good local Rona with limited tool choices but great lumberyard
