Unfortunately there was a long wait due to a tech issue with the person ahead of us, which tested our patience. But the employee was upbeat and incredibly helpful. He knew what he was doing and was effective.
Maybe the schedules should be better organized during busy times.

Called to repair my phone, I asked if they spoke English and they continued to speak in French. I said bye, they said bye (in English) not impressed dealing with anything in Quebec

Service à la clientèle médiocre. La ligne téléphonique coupe fréquemment. J’ai dû appeler une dizaine de fois pour régler le même problème qu’on me disait résolu à chaque appel. Je regrette de faire affaires avec vous et envisage sérieusement de retourner avec mon ancien fournisseur dans quelques mois.
