Great experience from beginning to end, called ahead to confirm they had the right size crate and had help in the store and to the car with the product. Wonderful with my puppy and very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff!

Coleman anfd Matthew are absolutely a pleasure to deal with. They take a deep interest in your pets needs and will not sell you items which you do not need. They are also both extremely knowledgable when it comes to caring for your dog and cat.

On June 4, 2022, we got a new addition to our family and drove back from Ontario with our new pup. It was 4:15pm and had to go get him supplies so we headed to our favorite pet store. The two staff members working that afternoon took the time to help us figure out the best option for a crate, harness, shampoo, etc. They were super helpful and really pleasant to deal with. We always receive great customer service whenever we visit Global in LaSalle. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service. Always feel very comfortable talking to the staff and asking for advice and they are very knowledgeable. It is a smaller location and don't have some of the more basic brands but they carry the higher quality brands which I appreciate.

I've been here twice so far in the past few months and been helped by the same employee, a younger guy. He is extremely nice and very helpful, and the store has a good selection of items that you can't get at other bigger stores. Thanks a lot!

They have been a lifesaver during covid for us & the furbabies! Early in covid, we did an online order with a competitor, but it was taking weeks to come and our rabbit was out of hay. That's when I found Pitou Minou was doing deliveries as well! I just called them up and they brought us a bag of hay the next day! Since then, we've been getting same/next day delivery with them to avoid shopping when possible. They're super friendly and helpful and it's been such a great service for us! THANK YOU!
