Petrolia Liquor Store

Was super excited when they called and wanted to sell my ice. I work at Columbia Ice, the little, local ice company that could. When a liquor store like Petrolia makes the choice to sell local they be helping create jobs and keep jobs in Alberta. That is awesome. What is also awesome is the size of their liquor store. Lots of room to shop is a big deal these days. Had a chance to chat with one of the owners. Family run and owned for over 20 years. We had a good laugh chatting about our wives. That is the beauty of the independent. Not just workers at the till, it is owners who take the time to get to know you, share stories with you. I am really excited to have Petrolia as a client. I encourage you to shop here for your liquor needs.

On the good recommendation of a friend, I dropped by to see their selection of liquor. Quickly I found out I could get my favorite whisky's & gin's for a decent price in comparison to what I am used to. Good customer service and hygiene within the store. Defo a place ill be dropping by more often to stock up on

I have been a patron of this establishment for the last 5 years on a regular basic and I feel nothing but positive vibes, karma, kindness, respect and they make me feel like I'm family. They showed me that they trust me by watch the store front, step out for a few minutes. They have even given me some store promo items, cups, backpack, Bluetooth speaker and quite alot more.

This a great locally owned store that supports our neighbourhood. I use my Aspen Gardens Community Membership and receive 5% off every purchase. It's a great way to save money and support your local business at the same time!

One of the coolest parts about moving to this neighborhood was discovering this gem of a local liquor store! Paul and his wife always have a vibe going with the music throughout the store and always greet with a smile and it makes the whole grabbing beer routine just a bit more fun. Prices are always right, but it’s supporting a family owned business that treats its customers right that I like best. If you’re in the area, or even if you’re not DROP IN! You will not be disappointed.

This is a great mom and pop shop with competitive pricing and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The best part is if you have a community league membership from Royal Gardens, Greenfield, or Aspen Gardens, you get a 5% discount!

I moved in the neighborhood 24 years ago.
The day we moved in was definitely an occasion to celebrate.
My Brother In Law mentioned he saw it when he came to visit that day and I went with him. Always a good sign when the staff is super impressive.
No word of a lie...these folks were welcoming, helpful and lovely!
Anytime I have a question about wine Paul (the owner) is well equipped with the answers!
Along with the service , they are knowledgeable and welcoming!

The owners Paul and his wife are so wonderful! The store has a lot of selections from different countries. They even let you special order things too! This local liquor is my go to place and the staff there is very educated in the products and very accommodating.

Char and her husband (the owners) were so helpful and accommodating. We had a family event of 50 people and wanted to support our local liquor store which has been in our community for over 25 years. Char was easy to contact, helpful with advice about selection and quantities. They truly cared about our event. I would highly recommend Petrolia Liquor Store for your personal and event needs.

Awesome location, the selection is absolutely phenomenal. Doesn't matter what reason i go in for I always manage to find what i'm looking for in this shop. I live in the area. I moved in about a year ago, the service is above and beyond, and the people are super friendly there. I highly recomend you support this locally owned and operated shop you wont be disappointed.

Petrolia Liquor Store is a very convenient liquor store option to have available in the neighborhood (I've resided in the area for 5 years now). Very friendly and helpful customer service and has a good inventory of stock. Always find something interesting!
