This store is me and my kids favorite store. The manager, Ayana is so Inviting and friendly. She's always smiling and welcoming customers.

I went here today and I noticed that the staff were extremely friendly, I'm definitely coming back to this store. Theres alot of different clothes to choose from.

This location never fails to impress! I had the pleasure to be helped by Darryl, who was the sweetest employee. Thank you for making my shopping experience great.

Great clothes and good pricing

This location is more organized than the other ones I have ever been and it’s very easy to shop for the things you need. When me and my family checked out the person that assisted us was such a sweet person. Thank you Aaron for treating us so well. It’s hard to find people like this.

Had a wonderful time at H&M, I was looking for some summer clothes and Ashley was very helpful! She helped me find sizes in a couple items and even showed me things I wouldn’t think of wearing!! Thank you so much for helping me expand my closet girl :)) I’ll definitely return in the fall

The store has a huge selection of cloths, I only visited the men's section but was satisified with the varieties. However, I found it hard to get a fit cloth for short Asians like me. H&M is always an affordable choice on my list but in the end I did not buy any.

Lovely customer service at the front till. Got a buncha friends themed sweaters for my girl friend and some shoes and a strange looking purse for her mother. It was kinda funny since the lady at the till was joking about that all being for myself bwahah I like be that kinda down to earth humor and if it were the case she seemed quite honest to the point she wouldn't judge if they were ment for me bwahah any who! Lovely place lotsa space!

Lots of selection, always clean with lots of staff on the floor. Staff walkie talkies are so loud, I wonder how the staff deals with that all day. Always a line at cash because not a lot of tills always open. Good store :).

So I bought two if the same hoodies and purchased it and I decided to walk around the mall when I realized I didn't have any more money. So my friend and I walked back to Richmond centre and went into the store. I kept searching and searching for my receipt. Then I realized I left it on the sky train going to arberdeen. I asked the person is I could still refund it and she called the manager. I told her what happened and she was very sincere . She let me refund it even though I didn't have the receipt. She was really nice and she understood my situation. Her name started with a A. I think her name was Amarya but I'm not sure. Next time you see her please say than you for me to her.

Got crazy here, low prices and some interesting collaborations on hoodies. Metallica, Iron Maiden , Nasa , Simpsons, Beavis and Butthead, Naruto, etc.

I found a NASA shirt with a nice stamp that change colors with the angle, perfect for my son. They should have one for Adults. Still great merchandise.

Great selection on affordable clothes. I always find great fitting jeans for my slim body.

Wish they could open their fitting room for try on so we dont ended up buying unnecessary items and bring back again✌
