Yesterday I went to this store to buy some paint and paint brush. I was greeted by sales man and his name was Mark H . What a implacable service I got. He was well mannered and extremely well knowledgeable. Helped me through all and took away all the stress I had . I could not ask any better service than this. If I could give 10 stars I would have. I highly recommend this location and recommend to people that if they need paint than they should ask for mark .

Was not sure what I needed to complete a plumbing project. That was until I met Franco in plumbing. He walking me through the isles found exactly the parts I needed and explained to me in detail what to do. He is absolutely amazing. I encourage anyone who needs plumbing supplies to go to the store on St. Jacque. Bravo Franco

Came here to get some light fixtures fixed. There's lots of options for lights and bulb replacements here.

Very convenient for downtown jobs. Easy access and usually well stocked.
They got McDonald's and A&W next to it for a quick lunch of coffee

And the store well organized employees help you with all your need example when I put antibacterial liquid on my hand when I enter the liquid was a bit thick a girl went fast and gave me towel paper my god so good the employee there and the cash when I left the hello and thank you make feel your in heaven

Really grateful for the assistance of Jocelyne in the paint section! She is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She suggested the best colour and made our experience enjoyable at the same time. Her choice adorns the plywood walls of our former tent-trailer-turned-ice-fishing-cabin.

They have amazing and beautiful plants there. Really a great place to buy the decorative plants that you need home.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Laura? In the garden center at this location and she was the most competent and friendly employee I have ever encountered. Even though I came in late at 20h30, she showed a willingness to help, demonstrated examples of seed and fertilizer, explained options and prices clearly, and was very knowledgeable and confident. Her personal and friendly approach made the experience a pleasure. I would recommend her for a career path in management or operations as she is a real leader.

Most of the things you can find here, and people are gentle and friendly.

At a time when finding good service has become increasing rare, employees here are helpful and knowledgeable. They approach you to offer assistance as opposed to hiding from you, which seemingly has become the norm these days.

This place is great. People are always helpful. Today we went in and couldn't find what we wanted but a very nice employee spent 20 minutes running around trying to find what we needed. She finally found it outside, while inside there was none left. She even got us the SKU so we didn't have to go out and come back in line. She was super helpful also with some tips for our project. If you have a project, see the person working in the section you need. I did and it saved money. Highly recommend this store 👍

I received the best service for the worse type of purchase! I needed a weird sized screw to complete my shelf and the gentleman there was very patient and knowledgeable and was able to find what I needed. He also was able to suggest alternative options for something else that they didn't carry. Big Thank you!

I really appreciated the help I got here recently. I decided to do some repairs on my foundation and needed some advice about what products I should buy. One of the staff, Simon, was extremely helpful. He not only showed me what products to buy but also gave me many tips on how to approach my project. I was impressed to get such good service in a big box store. I'll be back!

Staff are always friendly and helpful!
It is a regular stop of mine during the Spring and Summer months as they have a good selection of flowers, bushes, trees, decorative items, tools and selections of earth, mulch located outside for the convenience of customers driving through with their cars. Social distancing is respected. Be careful not to lock your bike by the post at the exit, I caught a woman trying to steal my bicycle seat! The store offers bicycle racks by the front door which I suggest using.

No complaints. Has what you would expect and a pretty robust gardening section. Staff was helpful.

I've been going here for yrs. Not because of the knowledge of the employees, but the stock that they have. Always what u need. But this weekend I needed items for minor plumbing in my house. I know nothing about plumbing, but the worker there (Isabelle) was by far the BEST employee I have ever encountered at this Reno Depot. She explained everything I needed to know (in English). She even connected the products that I bought so I can install it easier at home.

Yesterday we had a very positive occurrence at the St. Jacques location around 10 AM in the garden centre. We were looking for several items. There were two polite and hardworking young ladies there to assist. I’m sorry I don’t remember their names, however, I just want to say that my wife and me were treated extremely well. The two Reno workers were very knowledgeable, polite , and friendly. Even though we’re not living in that vicinity , we will surely drive a little farther because of the A- Class service we received at the garden centre yesterday.

All their staffs always tries to do their best to provide great service, very friendly, & helpful especially at this time, and they give great prices too!!!. As one of their customers, we all just need to try a little bit harder to be more patience and understanding too. Please give old/new employees a chance to get to know your needs to help better serve you! Everyone is human. Thank you to all staffs at NDG-you guys are amazing!
