Had an issue with a staff member 2 find my pick up on-line order near closing time & she just went home & left me standing there 🤬, last staff member quickly grabbed my order after closing time, long story short after raising my complaint with management he went above & beyond my expectations. 😊. Great after sales service & top quality products at Marks, been a customer 4 over 20 years.

Bought my steel toe shoes here. I looked on their website first to see stock options. My closest store did not have my choice in stock however the clerk was kind enough she called another store to put a hold on my size. Good CS but FYI stock gets quickly bought up.

I had ordered a couple of items online, but one didn't fit so I returned it. The returns process was very easy and because I was at the store right at opening, it was not crowded at all. I did a little browsing and found a couple of items that I liked. The store was well kept and well stocked, and the clerks were very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were super friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing and selling. The store was very organized, clean, well stocked. I came in there just in time because they were having a great sale and I got my money's worth. I enjoyed every single minute I was there. I am not sucking up I am just being honest.

I Always find what I am looking for. Great quality with a good price, and now that I can use my Canadian tire money even better!
If you are looking for good deals, check often, the clearance section is a must, I found for my husband a pair of Clark's and the price was beyond my expectations.
I always buy my working shoes in here because I am never disappointed

Excellent customer service. I had an issue I thought may not get resolved (a pair of steel toed boots that didn't seem to be in my size as there was a size up and a size down in the same box) but the individual helping me went above and beyond to find my size nestled way in the back.

During Covid 19 ordering online can be a hassle. Does not seem to be a problem with Mark's - ordered it one day, it arrived the next. AWESOME company, FANTASTIC products, OUTSTANDING service

Good for men's and women's clothing outdoor stuff like jackets and coats warm sweaters boots for working Outdoors socks fitting rooms and the cashiers are very friendly and helpful they want to help you find what you're looking for

I get dirty anytime a day. Shopping at Mark's means I can build a dog house before breakfast and still be suitably dressed to go hiking or look normal in the city.
