Walmart Supercentre

If you create a Walmart account and purchase $35, you can pick it up for free at the pick up point. You just have to select the day and time. Makes things a lot easier especially if you are busy. I love that they have a lot of options. It is a superstore literally. If you are looking for something it is either in store or online. I really recommend this place.

I had to give five stars for the excellent staff I met while I was browsing the pharmacy area. Susan didn't help me directly but I saw a lovely interaction she had with an elderly customer who needed a couple of specific things, and Ibi helped me find what I was looking for. Both these lovely people made a point of connecting with their customers first, rather than waiting to be asked for help. Thanks to both of you!

Embarrassing but after I was done shopping I needed to use the washroom. I spoke to a cheerful lady, working in the store, that agreed to take care of my groceries till I returned. I was satisfied to know I could trust someone I never met before and grateful for their help. Left the store feeling relieved. Lol

First time shopping experience in wall mart, and a gret experience

There was staff sadama on customer service. She is very polite and efficient for work. Today i return my order and she did perfectly but there was 2 more ladies that talked very badly and said you can cancel your order. I know it was big because accidentally i ordered twice so that’s why I have to return some items but sdama was doing quitely. other 2 ladies should be gentle if they are providing customer service.
Otherwise it’s good for international grocery. Most of asian stuff easily available.

Desmond was so helpful! knew where everything we needed was and didn’t mind us coming back like lost puppies, 10/10 give this man a raise.

I shop at Walmart for almost anything my family needs. I appreciate that they have lower prices than most other stores.

5 Star for being the one Walmart that makes up rules They are suspicious of anyone with a backpack. Chasing people out of the store for bringing reusable bags and not buying bags. Harassing single parents, yelling at them as they leave just to see a receipt. Looking at my bill thinking "shee it's more then I get paid in a month working here". Never to apologize when their wrong. 🤣🤣🤣

Very friendly staffs and store is pretty big.

LIke any other walmart, this was a great location stocked with any and all essentials you could need for your home.There was plenty of produce, food, canned goods, dairy product, sweets, bread, etc., as well as clothing, seasonal items, crafting supplies, shoes, magazines and books, beauty supplies, etc.

Very very very helpful team, I had a complicated situation with an order I made online with third-party(it took me a month dealing with). And Ms Randi the store manager and her team did amazing job by solving it right the way.

The tall man with slicked back grey hair and tattoos working in the self-check out was an absolute gem. I had a cash purchase and when I walked up, he was visibly busy. Still, he moved quickly to come help me, literal sweat on his brow. I tried to assist him with grabbing a bag for my purchases and finding bar-codes on the pillows, but he was so speedy I didn't get a chance to lend a hand. When his receipt printer ran out of paper he looked visibly distressed and went to grab some from customer service, apologising profusely the entire time, even though I assured him it was no worry and that I was in no rush. For him, I give 5 stars.

For the management, I am completely empathetic to the fact that hiring is not an easy endeavour at the moment, but come on. You have a wonderful model of a customer-service agent working for you who is sweating from sprinting around helping people in self-check out of all places. At least give the guy a hand (there were others waiting for his assistance while he was helping me, because let's be honest, those self-serve machines come with their own faults). For management, I give a 2.

I am only giving five stars because of two of your staff members who every time I run into them at the store always offer help with a smile on their faces and answer my questions in such a cordial way I begin to wonder why are the rest of the staff members terrible at helping customers or answering simple questions such where I can find a product without being condescending. Kulwilnder Thank you for always been helpful to me, you’re great at your job and I appreciate you. The second staff I did catch her name from the name tag, she was way ahead of me sorting my inquiries.

I love the place esp. The cashier named Diane who cater as during check out, she’s friendly and accommodating she offer as to apply for the Walmart Card but we’re just running out of time. She’s a keeper! :)

Was just there on Saturday to get a few things, and I was very impressed with the customer service and the cleanliness of the store. Jim the greeter is a very sweet man and thanked me and my sister for shopping there that day. The other walmarts in Edmonton have greeters, but they don't actually say hello or have a nice day, Jim made sure to thank us when we walked out.

Fairly inexpensive to shop at Walmart; enjoyed the time that I spent in the store. Washrooms are spacious, relatively clean, and comfortable.

This walmart has been renovated recently and now offers a much better shopping experience. Usually it's pretty busy specially on the weekends and holidays. It offers a wide variety of products including international. The store also has electronics deptt, pharmacy, optician, McDonald's and recently UPS has also opened it's branch office besides the entrance.

Greeter got me a cart after i was already inside.. instead of me having to go all the way around the security gate, out the door then back in..super lady..
Just happened to be leaving about the same time all the other shoppers were & all the check outs that were opened had at least 5 in each line, i saw managers & other staff, not just cashiers, open up more check outs & got us thru faster...bang up job!
Just wished i could have gone into the garden centre from inside the store since i already had stuff in my cart. I think the door wasnt working.
