Moe's Convenience

I've had broken my iPhone 5s twice in a two week span. Both times I had the owner fix it, the service was above and beyond expectations. My phone was finished within twenty minutes each time and the price can't be beat!!

I’ve had Frank at Moes Convenience store work on my iPhones on at least four occasions and have always been 100% satisfied with the repairs done. Fast and friendly and honest service. I highly recommend anyone to have their repairs done at moes.

A very nice convenience store, friendly staff and great variety of products

replaced my iphone 6p screen about a month ago, edge cracked from left corner and back plate bend towards front, the owner changed the screen and fixed the bend issue to the case, no problems so far.

Friendly service, no issues there. However, like a previous reviewer said, it's not 20hrs. It's either 14hrs for Sunday, 15hurs for Saturday, or 16hrs for weekdays, roughly. And that's if they don't open up later than they should. Which happens pretty often, especially on the weekends. Again, not a bad place, just wish you know.

Let's get the bad news out of the way. I've lived here for 4 weeks. 3 times now they are closed at random, inconvenient times throughout the day and has a sign that says "back in 5 minutes". I've waited 20 then walked away. Second time I waited 10, called them twich which hung up on me after the second ring then hung up right after the first ring. Third and fourth time I didn't even bother. But the fact that it just happened yet again made my blood boil so much that this is all I could think to do. The store itself is fine. Gas barely anything you *need* but plenty of chips, pop and candy. Oh, and bongs. Customer service is fine, hello, goodbye type of service. But this is just frustrating. For a place with a giant "20 hours" open sign, sure seems like that's not the case.
