great selection, especially for yarn, price point is a little high but they do offer a wide selection of coupons on their website that can easily be accessed on your phone and used in store.

Excellent customer service! Ordered some stationery online and I went to pick it up in store. Left the store and saw that it was damaged only after I got home. I returned with it, and the cashier was ready to refund me with no issues. But I needed the papers, so I went to look on the shelf for another one, but no luck. I asked for a small discount to keep the ones I ordered, a manager was called and the transaction was done with no objections! That's customer service!!! I will be a repeat customer! 🤷‍♀

Nice store for crafty people's desires. You can find many artificial flowers and decorations. They even have yarns. We found everything we were looking for.

Best customer experience ever. We were shopping for some articles and had a hard time finding them. We asked for some help and the employee Jamal went above and beyond and was exceptional. He was patient, looked every item up one by one, he was polite and made us feel very valued as customers. It makes all the difference in such competitive environments today.
