The staff are really nice and helpful.
There are other businesses onsite which makes shopping in this location worthwhile.
There is parking for guests.

I love this place. Loved it as a kid and love it as a parent taking my kids. So much cool stuff. Brick and mortar stores are closing all over, I really hope this place never goes away.

Huge shout out to the staff at Toys R Us Gateway. Especially Taylor and Carson for taking the time to help me find a particular item. They went above and beyond and I really appreciated their help. 10/10 you guys are AWESOME

About the best and unfortunately one of the few toys stores left in the city and needs to get better supper from the community and stay off buying on the net!!!

Very friendly and nice staff. Tara and Gail assisted us they were very helpful and the store itself is very clean.

We bought a stroller in May 2022 and (to no fault of Toys R Us) we’re now going through a warranty claim through the manufacturer which requires the sales receipt that we didn’t have anymore. I called this morning and spoke to the supervisor/manager working and she was so extremely helpful!! After a few minutes of digging in the system she was able to find our receipt and email it directly to me, saving me a trip to the store as well as a potential unsuccessful warranty claim due to not having proof-of-purchase. I’m so grateful that she was able to take the time to help me. :)

I visited this location for the first time & I love it so much. Heather was so warm & welcoming. She walked me through all the stroller options and she has so much knowledge about all the products. I love chatting with her & she’s such a sweetheart & I appreciate all her help today.
I must say one of the best customer service I’ve ever had.
Employees like Heather makes life so much easier for first time moms like me.

I was surprised by the great customer service of their staff. They were genuine with their recommendations and provide great assistance. I was interested to buy a few toys for my little cousins and I managed to get everything easily because of their staff. It was a nice shopping experience that I wont forget.

We just bought a Evenflow Revolve car seat and had some questions about properly adjusting the straps to fit our child. Rather than struggle or try to find youtube videos, I decided to drive back to the Southgpark Village Mall Toys R Us, where we bought it. I asked Gail for help in the store, and she happily came out to the parking lot to help. She made recommendations on what adjustments should be made to properly fit our child, and was knowledgeable. I am grateful for the wonderful service, Gail! This is what makes buying in store and locally, wherever possible.

I m just here to sing my praises for Gail, I went to the store yesterday to buy a new car seat for my baby girl. Gail, how talented she is, honestly before we leave from home me and my husband had a confusion on which car seat we have to buy and we have zero knowledge on car seats. I know she is expert in car seats but still how come she fulfilled customers’ expectations without hesitation.She is just cleared everything and then had a mini class in the short time period. I wish every other store has a knowledgeable staff like her. I thank her and looking forward her service in future as well.

The staff were very helpful. The store is organized and clean. Any kind of toy you can imagine is here. Really good Lego selection too.

I will share my experience with this lovely store. Once you enter the store, you feel relax, happy, and fully curious to visit every section. Staff are very friendly. They meet you with a big smile welcoming you. Toys are will organized by sections for boys and girls. Thank you so much for the great job you guys doing specially during this pandemic tough time. I recently visited this location hoping to find a 3 wheeler tricycle with some friends. Thanks to the help of one of the associates—Matt, I was easily able to find exactly what I was looking for. Not only that, but he was able to offer us an even better price since the product packaging was damaged. Can’t lie, we received amazing customer service even though the store was 8 minutes to closing; usually a time where store associates are just trying to clear the store of customers, rather than help them.

Best location in Edmonton by far. I was having a lot of difficulty locating a conversion kit that was out of stock for a crib I purchased. While other locations kept directing me in circles and back to the manufacturer, this location placed a special order for me – no questions asked. I am incredibly pleased with the level of customer service. Thank you!

We came into the store as first time parents (first time looking at baby stuff) so really had no idea what we were doing. Kiara came right up and asked if we needed help, so we said yes for strollers. She was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE with absolutely everything. We ended up being in the store for over an hour getting her help with mattresses, breast pumps, monitors - everything! I swear she knows more than Google…

She then set us up with a registry and also for a 10% off card for all Avent products. Like, how great?!
