Verti Store - Laval

Excellent service from the owner Marc and his team! I have been a client for 20 years and once again, they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect blinds :)
Service , reliability and responsivenesses was outstanding!

I received a very positive experience, and that as a first-time shopper at verti-store.

We had an in-house designer come to help find the right style and color of alternating and solar shades. We already had an idea what we wanted, and the designer confirmed that this would work. She proceeded to take measurements, and I was told it would take 2-3 weeks until fabrication is ready for pickup.

In the 3rd week, they called me to pick up everything.

I must say the packing of each individual shade was very good. Fully bubbled wrapped and double wrapped again. The mounting bracket seem like very solid steel, hard to bend if you tried with your fingers. Easy installation and removal (when necessary).

While installing them, I noticed I was short one shade... after calling them, they told me it was at the store, and they themselves drove to my place to bring me the last missing shade.

All shades are now installed, all properly measured width and length, and the color was exactly what we chose.

Very Poor customer service at Laval.
Received 2 blinds. One of the blinds was over 72" wide when it was supposed to be 28" wide and was the wrong material.
The other blind when closed properly touched the bottom of the window sill by at least an inch. (Yes I measured properly) Also the blind was noisy when moving it slowly while closing and the chain was only 3 feet long. So we were upset.
We bring back one of the blinds and mentioned what was wrong with the other. I expressed my unhappiness very nicely.
She responded that it's not her and the she is only an intermediary!!! It wasn't her fault etc... I asked for a refund which was promptly denied and then a discount also denied. She kept blaming Altex and kept repeating that Verti-Store was only the intermediary. I had to interrupt tell her that I paid Verti-Store and expect Verti-Store to resolve my issues. This was to the Director of the store (I won't name her).
So after spending $1580 for two blinds that work poorly and with wrong dimensions, I have to say I'm not impressed. The attitude of the Director was terrible. Instead of saying sorry we'll take care of your issues she diverted all the blame away and was extremely defensive. It was far from the Service we had several years back when Vicky was in charge.

EDIT:
The Director came by my home to pick up the discrepant blind to bring back to Altex. She delivered the two reworked blinds a week later. Again they were not the correct dimension. This is on Altex not on Verti-Store. I think Altex has quality issues that need to be addressed. The Director picked them up at my home and delivered the 2nd time reworked blinds at my home. We installed them and all was good as per what we ordered. So the Director took care of us and I'd give her 5 stars with the service she provided. So I'm raising my rating to 5 stars and will post a bad review on Altex instead

My mother and I went to Verti Store and were ecstatic with the service we received. Mariam and Vicki spent over an hour providing estimates and giving decor recommendations based on our pictures. We went in to store to have a second opinion based on prices and ended up purchasing the products. Not only were the prices already much better than their competitors, Vicki gave us an extra discount in addition to an expedited order.

We will be recommending the store to our peers. The service and price were definitely worth it!

I'm very satisfied with my new shades, they're just what I wanted. I like the way the installer worked around awkward windows to make them fit and look perfect. Thank you for the excellent service. I won't hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family.

I recently moved into a condo that did not have any blinds on the two bedroom windows. I was in the market for blinds. I am on a tight budget and originally went to Home Depot to get them. It was hard to find a worker, and when they finally came they said I needed exact measurements. I passed. Then I came across a flier for Verti store. I called, they came out, were very nice, and the price was about $100 less than I expected to pay. They installed, and the blinds look beautiful. I'm very happy, and I would recommend Verti store to anyone.

Service et professionnalisme exceptionnel. La recommandation de Vicky pour les toiles dans ma nouvelle salle de bain est le compliment parfait. Elle était agréable de travailler avec. Stephen a fait l'installation et est venu d'abord pour mesurer et ensuite installer. L'ensemble du processus était raisonnable et facile. Tous les rendez-vous étaient à l'heure et efficaces. Ils sont les meilleurs!!!
