You can find everything you want at reno depot but without a doubt Gabriel (the guy that works in electricity row) is the best. In all the years that i used this reno depot, he always answered my questions perfectly ! He knows the place of every single item in the shop. Chapeau bas a Gabriel.

Usually the guys are knowledgeable, they can help more than to simple show you were the items are. It was happened to me more than once and on more than one department. A little bit better than others Reno-Depot. Bravo!

Very helpful and supportive. I was so off the context to know what to buy for my wool carpet and how much to buy. They helped me making a correct decision. Although I did not know french, they helped a lot and made things easy for me

I had bought 4 tubes of fondation expandable urethane and Mercer used this brand before. The product was defective. I was so mad I spent 188$ down the drain. I took a chance and ask the return counter what they can do. The manager Annie heard my experience with the product and refunded me on gift cards. Thank god there is still good people in charge that listen to you without making their own assumptions. Un gros merci Annie

I worked there in the paint department for at least 5-6 months, i really had an amazing adventure while working there. Employees are very nice as well as the managers. I wanna thank Annie, the manager from the paint department, Jean -Pierre, the manager from the hardware department and Jonathan, another manager from the store. They are AMAZING!!!

Always excellent service in-store and now I just experienced excellent service with a delivery. The employees are always very helpful and it always comes with a smile. As a woman this help is greatly appreciated :)

My "go to" store. Often I go to other stores closer to home and I end up here, since they have what I need in stock.
