I had an issue with my CPAP machine and Tara went above and beyond to help me. When you use a CPAP machine, you are so dependant on it and any problems that arise can cause so much anxiety. She was knowledgable, insightful and extremely accommodating and was able to resolve my issue in one phone call!

I went to few company’s and to be honest there was always some hidden fee. At Medigas I was served by Tara and I had the most incredible service ever. I got everything the same day and it was absolutely A+ service. Thank you so much, pleased to say I’m sleeping well and happy!! Don’t hesitate to go here!!

Hi. I am Livio Cuttini. I went to pick up my CPAP and Tara was the person who took care of me. She is very tentative and understanding. She listens to you very closely. She explained to me everything and and answered all of my questions. She was very professional. You are lucky to have , her make sure she stays with your company. I have nothing but praise for Tara Greiss and Julii Waloch at Medigas in St Laurent, for the outstanding service I always receive and in particular what I received last week. They are both extremely conscientious and the ultimate professionals.

Last week my Cepap machine stopped functioning. As anyone using this machine knows, you become absolutely dependent on it for your nightly sleep. I therefore immediately went to Medigas WITHOUT an appointment. Tara Greiss was totally understanding and fit me into her very busy schedule. Un litige es survenue avec le service a la clientèle de médigas ,mais mme Marcela est intervenue d'une facon professionelle ,calme a l'écoute attentionné ,avons rapidement régler le problème au profit des deux partis,merci mme Marcela ,sa été appréciée. Mme Marcela une personne a recommender.

A part la madame de la comptabilité la satisfaction client est nulle. On laisse des messages personne ne rapelle. Deplus lorsqu on demande une livraison meme si on as un rendez vous medical il faut quelqu un a la maison pour signer la facture sinon t as pas d oxygene...ce qui semble annodin pour le receptionniste qui rie de toi au telephone

Les produits sont tellement spécialisés que la clientèle est un peu captive.
Si le service médical n'est pas si mal, le service aux clients est horrible.

Assurez-vous de conserver votre preuve de paiement et surtout, si vous appelez, soyez patient ! Et vérifier la durée restante de votre batterie... Le temps d'attente est très très long pour finir par aboutir à une boîte vocale!
