Placed an order online and picked up in store. It was super handy to know the item was there and waiting for me before going there. The employees were quick and friendly too!

Had an excellent experience here at EB. Came in for my birthday coupon from GameStop and the sales associate Ryan took the time to walk me through the buy-get rules and regulations. Also helped me figure out how to get a better price through my loyalty membership card. This is what going above and beyond looks like. I'll definitely be back.

To the 11am Christmas Eve staff: You single handedly saved Christmas. My partner made a beeline to buy a game THAT I ALREADY BOUGHT. I was panicked.
As soon as he booked it to the back for the PlayStation games, I leaned towards the counter staff and said "You see that dude I just came in with? DO NOT SELL HIM THE GAME." to which they replied "I got you"

And got me they did. They fibbed and said they had no copies. I was able to surprise him Christmas morning and tell him what an absolute dingus he was for trying to buy it before Christmas.

This is one of the few stores that both me and my kids enjoy going to together whenever we are at the mall. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Really give this place excellent. customer service., me and my Wife were there Friday trying to find gifts for our kids. The man at the door I think was name Mickey was a delight to deal with, not only did he talk with us in line up giving great suggestions He also made various choices and gave great advice. Was a real pleasure dealing with him.

Love the staff here, they helped me find my receipt to get my controller exchanged. I highly suggest that everyone who plays games get their accessories, games, etc gets there stuff here.

I'm impressed. I'm not a gamer at all, but this location has some really cool stuff to say the least for gifts. I found busts & statues here for cheaper than what is going online and on Facebook marketplace. Lots of inventory in this store. If you are looking to kill time in the mall, hit up this store!

I suppose with the modern age of streaming and online shopping retail locations have to offer a much better experience and ambience in store to attract consumers. Makes sense right? Malls were supposed to be a thing of the past post pandemic! Well, not Southgate. If you like DC & marvel there are tons of merch at this location. Cheers.

Kudos to the 2 staff members (1 heavyset guy wearing a Monster Hunter tshirt and glasses, and 1 small girl) who made my 12 year old son's 1st major purchase of a brand new Switch memorable and fun for him. The gentleman had the patience to count my son's cash and allow me to pay the difference in price. Good teaching moment for my kids. Appreciate the great customer service!

I love coming here - great service, great prices and a mix of fun items among which I always find something exciting to buy.

We stopped in just to browse, and the employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I did have trouble with many items not being labeled with a price, but the staff were able to provide that information quickly once asked.

Shyla was amazing to deal with! She explained what deals were going on and updated my EB membership. We ended up leaving with a bunch of goodies! Great experience overall.

Let me start off by saying that the staff here are super knowledgeable and friendly, it doesn't feel awkward even if you're a novice or leisure gamer. The store is small but the selection of preowned and new games are really good for the size of the store and they have lots of really cool merch and figurines. The store was fairly busy when I went in but the staff stayed calm and professional the entire time. I will definitely be going back.
