I would like to shout out for 2 girls in your staff at your Laval 440 outlet. First is named Destiny. She walked extra mile to get a product arranged for me by getting it shipped over from Quebec City outlet after talking to the manager. Her concern for the customers stamps the value of your brand in the hearts. My applause to her.

Second girl is the only reason that I am a returning time customer to your company. I do not know the name of this girl. Can only define her like this young girl seemed to be of Indian Sub-continent origin. Me and my wife are about to get our first baby and hence were clueless about the strollers & car seats. She explained it patiently and educated us in a way that we were able to get the understanding. Despite not knowing her name, I strongly applaud that girl as her courtesy and stepping into customer shoes to educate him by putting different seats on strollers herself and making us understand was phenomenal.

They both are assets to your store.

Excellent curbside service. I was in the parking lot calling about an item. She asked if I was here and placed my order right away and brought it to my car. In difficult times I'm glad they found a way to stay open, and keep everyone safe. 😁

I had amazing customer service from Tommy today. He was really helpful and let us know we could order online from the store and save the shipping costs. A great employee made for a great experience.

Just fine if you want alot of choices for toys. Prices are high like everywhere else. But at least you don't run out of choice when you need to find a gift for kids.

Kids activities are organized in store. Staff generously spend time with kids, no matter whether they make a purchase.

A sincerely nice cashier served us today. She was great with my son Brandon and very good at her job!

Well, what would you expect, it's a large Toys'r'us, with nice staff, many many toys options, electronics and babies dedicated sections, you can find what you want with the budget that you have.

There is a gentleman that works their named Tommy who goes out of his way to help.. a true class act and is always willing to extra mile (1.6Km) would recommend everyone to go here

Go to place for pokemon cards. Alot of stuff is overpriced on toys but lots of good deals can be found

There are many items on sale and they are displayed in a way that you can hardly miss it

A bunch of different toys for kids of all ages including a lego section and a videogame section

Good selection of toys. Prices are a little on the high side.
