I did a large purchase at Southgate mall before Christmas. With my chaos at the counter an item was missed and not placed in my bag. I noticed when I got home. I contacted the store to let them know that I was charged but didn't receive my item, also that I lived out of town. IMMEDIATELY they offered to mail it me. It had to have been done that day and I received my item within days. Included was a personal note with an apology for the missed item( thank you Dianne(?)). I was so impressed with the amazing customer service and the quickness to rectify the problem. The entire store staff was great.

This place has amazing infused vinegars and olive oil products. Make great salad dressings and adds wonderful flavors to any meal. Their spices are also 2nd to none. I regularly go their to pick up my favorites and taste new blends every visit.

This place has the best olive oils and balsam vinegars. We have shopped at numerous others over the years and haven't come across anything as good. Before the pandemic they would allow you to sample some on bread. I really hope this comes back soon.

Best place in town to get oils and vinegars. Recently moved here from ontario and was looking for locations.. this place is way better than the ones back home. The staff helped me picked really good combinations. Will definitely be back

Our guests at our BNB in Nova Scotia love the salads we serve each morning when topped with one of your balsamic and oil dressings. We also use the balsamic on yogurt with fresh fruit, a great compliment

They are so helpful, knowledgeable and kind! I lost my phone and the vendor let me borrow his to track it down. Above and beyond!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff when I went. Lots of choices to sample before buying.

Expensive but great product. It's a go to gift item and I use their oils and salts most days myself.

Once you try their oil and vinegar you will be hard pressed to find anything better.

Had to taste everything. Really kicks your cooking up a notch.
