I had a wonderful experience @ this place today.. The way both the girls answer was quiet responsive and knowledgeable!! They really know how to behave with a customer and give an appropriate answer to the question or scheme !! thanks !! On the other hand there were guys @ Cedabrae Mall and Lawrence/ Markham who were very rude to answer and had bitter experience and saw many customers went away due to such answer !!

Main and important point is customer service, professional staff. I would love to visit this store

I purchased my new i phone 14pro max from Shreya at this location, excellent customer service. She is well trained and explained me every things in easy way.

My son's phone been stolen, and he deleted his account/phone number while I was on vacation. I went to this freedom mobile location to recover the SIM, was amazed by the service attitude presented by the sales representative.
She was wonderful. I was about to buy a phone from a nearby refurbished store and hadn't had a second thought to decide to buy a phone at this store. She was a way top ahead of the Toronto/Scarborough attitude.

Really impressed with the customer rep(Azhar) working in the store. I got a Note 5 with a promotional $40 plan and he even gave me really good discount on the accessories. He was polite and explained all the details about the plans.. Will definitely recommend to others.

I'm absolutely happy and happy with the service that was provided to me by these freedom executives. Recently, I'd a very bad experience at a freedom store but these guys actually know professionalism and customer service meaning. Thankyou for helping out and keeping the faith within the employees.
