The folks at Victoire are so friendly and helpful!
I went in store after seeing items online that piqued my interest. They pulled a similar item from the same brand for me to try on for size, and then ordered and shipped the item within a few days. I received so many compliments on the specific jumpsuit that I wore to an event — great service, unique pieces and supporting local!

Just the best selection of Canadian made pieces and the loveliest staff! The quality of products at this shop is always so outstanding and each piece is bound to be a staple in your closet.

Bought two A Bronze Age bags and they are beautiful! Couldn’t find the colours anywhere else. The team was also so quick to respond to a minor question about my order. Will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I've been shopping here for almost 15 years, and they have almost single handedly changed the way I shop. I've moved a bit outside of Ottawa and yet have not been let down in sizing because they are so helpful via email.
In store, their staff is so welcoming, never pushy but totally available to genuinely help, always personable, and really really knowledgeable about their offerings. They truly care and it shows.

This cute little boutique accounts for about 50% of my daily wardrobe. They carry nearly everything that i think is my style. I love popping in just to see what new articles they have, and i always find that I'm treated so well by the staff i feel guilty if i leave without making a purchase. (that's just what I say to myself, but the reality i cant resist buying cute clothing)

This is my favourite store in Ottawa. The staff are lovely, the clothes are gorgeous - lots of local and handmade clothes, very high quality. I love the fact that they support local designers - good ones too. They have amazing jewellery here.

First I want to extend a giant Chi-Miigwetch to the entire Victoire team. As an Indigenous person, there is such trepidation to use my status card when purchasing anything. Often Indigenous folks are deterred by colonial-systemic policies or there is a lot of push back to due to a lack of cultural competency training on behalf of management. Never have I ever been celebrated to use my tax exempt as I was at Victoire! It was a new experience for me! It made me feel safe, heard and seen :) I always say, vote with your money and I will certainly be coming back to this ally boutique. Just shows you can be political while being incredibly fashionable! xo

For over a decade this has been my go-to for unique and timeless pieces. Everything is well made by mostly Canadian designers. These are beautiful garments that stand the test of time! The staff are always helpful and the space is a gorgeous one to visit.

Love Victoire - every time I go the staff is so amazingly awesome, and i'm in awe of the selection. How can anyone choose?! The cutest stock, and I love that i'm supporting not only a local boutique, but North American clothing companies as well. Nothing but star eyes from me!!!

Victoire is a rare gem of a place. The sales people are genuin and are more concerned with how you look and feel in something than in making a sale. The clothes are expertly curated, of excellent quality, and from Canadian designers. The owners are fun and personable. Truly the kinds of ladies I want to spend my weekends with. What else could you ask for in a local boutique?!

i had a fabulous experience with an online transaction at victoire. i mistakenly chose local pick up (i live 7 hours away) and bobbie contacted me almost immediately to suss out the shipping. i had my package approximately three or four days later, with a personalized note and some fun extras.
this friends, is the heart of shopping small. the attention to detail, the care, the effort, and the knowledge that you supported an independent business (that supports independent designers)!! does it get much better? i think not.
so now i am full of gratitude for shopping small independent shops like victoire, and looking amazing in my eliza faulkner dress with sleeves to take on just about any day.

They curate a lovely collection of pieces, including clothing that you can invest in now and wear forever.
