I had an excellent experience being helped out by Vladimir at this Rogers. He is very knowledgeable at his job and extremely patient. He did not rush me into anything and found a perfect plan that works for me. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to change providers!

I am a new customer to Rogers. I was having some difficulties, and pretty stressed out with the set up process, so had to visit a Rogers location.
Vladimir was eager to help me out and was extremely knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. He turned my stressful experience into a very pleasant one. Thank you Vladimir, you were very kind.

Vladimir helped me get a great deal on a new iPhone 15. He was very kind, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process and helped me secure the best possible deal for me!

Usually when I visit Rogers at other locations, I never leave the store completely satisfied and always end up having a hard time interacting with the employees. At this location, they satisfied every single one of my needs and gave me the best experience possible. One of the employees, Aneesa, recently helped me upgrade my phone. I have been with Rogers for years and I have never dealt with an employee this caring and kind before. She was an amazing listener, respectful, and made it such a smooth and easy process for me! She is definitely very knowledgeable and knows what she's talking about. I am so glad she was working the day I visited Rogers and I hope she continues working there, as she is the only person I have had a positive experience with. Will definitely be coming to this location from now on.

Generally, I find interacting with Rogers to be an experience where I often end up feeling I've been scammed somehow; I have to say my interactions at the Rogers store at Billings Bridge seem to alleviate this sense. Particularly, yesterday, I was served by Aneesa who helped me upgrade my phone and tablet services, and she was awesome - thoughtful, caring, personable, and very much tried to give me the most value for my money. She is a gem and should be recognized for her work at this store. She would make a great manager one day, and is talented both with people skills and knowledge. I hope she is nurtured as an employee there.

My girlfriend and I went to this store to get new phones and plans, and we had hands down THE BEST customer service experience thanks to Vladimir! Vladimir was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered all of our questions in detail, and guided us with what options were best for our needs with great patience. He also managed to get us the last remaining iPhone gold by running across to Fido and checking whether they had any left in stock; thank you so much for that! Due to his knowledge, Vladimir was also able to provide us with the best available promotions, and reduced the cost significantly compared to what we had been told on the phone, regarding both mobile and home internet plans. We are extremely happy we visited this store, and highly recommend you do the same instead of calling in! You're the man :)

I had a smooth experience with everyone (Vladimir, Sherzad, Khalil) who helped me yesterday. Vladimir, who helped me exchange my old phone for a new one is professional, friendly, helpful, and understanding. Overall though, this whole team seems amazing. Thanks a lot!

Having an issue with your phone can be a stressful experience.. Walking into the Billing location and being greeted with a smile and friendly faces helps! I can't say enough about Vladimir and his knowledge with Rogers services and hardware... he is patient, explains options in a clear manner and guides you in the right direction... Amazing store and staff!!!!

Had an appointment at this store yesterday and Sherzad was the one helping me, then Vladimir and WOW, the service, the kindness was so, so very helpful. Then today I made a call for more information and Vladimir answered and again, it was an excellent call. These two are one in a million and employees like them is what makes Rogers a great company and yes, it has flaws but hey, others are so much worse. Take my word for it. I have been with Rogers since 1989 and they never disappointed me. But yesterday and today, they went above and beyond. I highly, highly recommend this store. This was my first time at this location and I can guarantee that it will NOT be the last. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, for great service and actually caring about the customers.

If Valdamir is anything like the rest of the employees here, this is the perfect store. Vlad was approach, knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to ensure I got the best deal possible. Walked out with more than I was expecting and I was grinning ear to ear! Vlad you rock!!

Our family has always had amazing experiences at this store with Ryan Willis. Even when we call/message with questions, he is super quick to respond and helpful. Our last visit was to get a new phone for our 17 year old. Ryan was patient, respectful, super informative, open to ANY questions from either of us, etc., and spent the time to find the best fit. At that time, he was training a new staff member and we noticed how consistent, patient and knowledgeable he is in how he relates to not only customers, old and young, but also to his co-workers.

Vladimir was awesome and extremely helpful and kind. I’ve never had a good experience buying a new phone — salespeople have always been pushy and kind of rude. Not the case AT ALL with Vladimir. He also laughed at my dumb jokes, so he gets bonus points for that. Thank you for being so awesome, dude!

Vladimir is an all-star. Over the many years I've visited this location he has been there to help me out with his honest, fair, and outstanding customer service. A step above the rest!

Vladmir was amazing, fast paced and incredibly kind to us and helped us in every way possible with our issues with our lost phone. He even recommended an affordable plan within our budget to replace our lost phone and provided us with a sim card to use in an old phone for the time being. We will definitely be visiting again hoping to see him behind the desk if we ever have a problem.

My wife and I had lost our phone and went in to request a new sim card. We were helped by a man named Vladimir and he was the nicest and most helpful sales representative we have ever met. He got us a new sim card, helped us figure out our options in regards to new phones and even helped us put the sim card into a few different options to try them, we didn't end up getting the phone at the time since we ended up finding out that we had a backup phone we could use for a bit, but we definitely intend to buy a new phone soon and we hope we'll be able to have Vladimir help us again when we do.

When visiting the store I dealt with Ryan Willis who helped me made sure I was on the best plan for myself he also took the time to give me a quote for all my home services if I switched from bell to rogers. Definitly did alot of work to make sure I was taken care of. He is great with customers.
