They would keep improving if they keep all there night staff. I've never in my life seen folks that could be anymore friendly and helpful. They actually glare at you like you gave them there first bike on Christmas morning. I stood at the cash register atleast 5 short minutes while the guys got there work done. 3 guys working... or should I say working hard. They was starting there break down at 7pm. Time before I went at 7:30pm and was told it was to late to order subs, which is understandable, business hours change sometimes. The atmosphere was so much worse b4 when it was D&M. Everyone frowned and atleast pretended they was upset and hated there job. The hate showed in the way the sandwiches came out. The boyz working 2nite have smiled recently and love every minute that there clocked in. There sandwiches tasted exactly how they looked and made you feel ( like a million bucks)!! I'm so happy I will be returning to east side market.. I’ll go 3-4 times a week. I sure hope management is proud of themselves for training the boyz to know the difference between a kaiser ROLL and a hamburger bun. The bun kept together after one bite... love the fresh meat tho

Great sandwiches, good spread of sides/meals/snacks/drinks, and nice pick of Glazier meat cuts. Worth checking out

Great subs, I especially love the quality of the rolls. The workers are very polite as well.

My first visit to the freshly made over store. I was very impressed. So new , the bad rap D&M had for not being the cleanest environment was completely wiped away... all new any shiny. But was so not impressed with one of the employee. Guess was having a bad night. Cuz I've returned several times and its nothing like I experienced. Everyone is extremely friendly..very respectful and couldn't ask to be treated any better. But that's not even the stores best quality. I don believe I've ever had fresher tasting subs. What blew my top off is when I bought fresh steaks... omg delicious. Highly recommend making a point to stop in.... bet you become as impressed as I am. Good job Eastside

Nice place ...they have glaziers hot dogs..but they don't taste the same anymore..... prices are high... But there subs are cheap and taste good

I must say the store is very nicely remodeled and looks very good inside. Some of the workers are the sweetest but others seem a little crabby. I'm not saying I don't like the store as I do and the food and subs are amazing. Much different then it was when it was D&M however there is one thing that does bother me. Sometimes people do not listen when cutting meat. I have gone in and asked for my meat to be sliced thin NOT shredded because I do not like thick meat for my sandwiches but it seems every time I get shredded meat. Sorry but truth is truth. Other than that the store is much much MUCH better then it was when it was D&M and the food and subs are out of this world. I always go there and get subs and I love the little " salad " station where u can purchase pre-cut meat, mac salads, cheese curds, pickles etc. Very Kool idea and much easier for people in a hurry to go in and grab what they need as opposed to having to wait. They are very accommodating there and I love the variety of things there that the old store never had. A very cozy, comfy store and so inviting. Aside from shredding my meat I do absolutely love the store and most the staff. Keep up the good work everyone 😜🤪😋👍👍👍

Good subs. I’ve noticed they touch money and the kiosk with the same gloves they make the subs with. But the last time I order I got a hair in the sub. Here’s an image. Disgusting.

I didn’t get anything extra that I asked for, barely any meat on it and my lettuce tasted like onions (which is either because the lettuce is next to the onions or they actually put onions on it before they realized it wasn’t ordered) so I couldn’t even finish it was so bad.

The place was great when they reopened. Has gone downhill quite a bit since then. Training and maintaining a decent staff would be a start. A small deli like that needs some happy staff with friendly attitudes.

I ordered a hole sub with 2 different meets and the regular stuff on it with the hot peppers, oil, shakers. My sister picked my order up..winded up getting a half sub..called again to get the other half. The first one didn’t have oil or peppers and way to much shaker on it. Saved the other half for later just to find out they didn’t even put the other meet in it so I was charged extra for something that wasn’t even on the sub. I wish it was the same when I was growing up where the subs were worth buying and the orders weren’t messed up so badly.

First order more bread then ingredients. Tried second time with hot meatball sub. Was thick chunks of sandwich cheese and cold meatballs on top. Threw in garbage. Young kids making subs who apparently are not being trained well

very disrespectful! went in to get 3 subs they gave me the wrong order, no problem i went back in to get them replaced. walked back in there a lady with blond hair rudely told me i was wrong and that was what i ordered if i didn't like it i would have to re put an order and pay AGAIN! no-longer supporting this deli bring back d&m!!!!
