I have never seen a convenience store look this good! All of the shelves were impressively stocked and properly faced. I've been to this location many times and it is looking better than ever! Shout out to the staff!

711 Store is the ONLY 24 business anymore, apparently. Thanks for being the Best Store Ever. I got everything conveniently and life-savingly delicious. You Rock. Don't Ever Stop being You.

It was a quick in & out. The store was Clean, Service was quick & friendly, but the cashier was dressed with a filthy uniform. The top was all dirty & very stained. Second Customer service clerk was also very fast, friendly & helpful. All in all was satisfied, what I had gone in for was achieved.

Most postal offices don't care and won't bother to go out of their way to help. I have had 3 occasions at this post office to witness how helpful they were in solving my issues. I have had great advice and they even looked back to find a customs form I needed in order to return an item...they scan-photocopied it for me too! Thank you Nanaimo and 1st Post office!

It's just another common convenient store chain, nothing too exciting or fancy, what do you expect?

I couldn't care less about the service of the staff, they don't bother me as much. You come to grab n' go, get a slurpee on a hot sunny day, coffee/choco if it's chilly out or simply just drop by to their Canada Post outlet to send/pickup some packages, etc. Not to spend quality time and/or get into a fuss with the staff.

If you don't like the way they work or how the store is running, then go to a different 7-11, there's tons around the area within 1-2km radius.

How To Make Iced Coffee No Sugar:

Step 1: grab a coffee cup from the coffee bar and go to the fountain drink and fill it with ice

Step 2: go back to the coffee bar and full it with your hot coffee of choice

Step 3: add cream or milk to your liking and then put a lid on it

There you go, no sugar iced coffee at 7-Eleven.

don't get me wrong, the iced coffee machine is good, but it's loaded with heavy cream and a lot of sugar. So use this trick if you want an iced coffee at 7.

And because of the ice displacement, you're actually saving them money lol.

I'm here every other day, the team are mostly older and really easy going. I send my shipments to the post office here as Canada Post will rarely leave them at my door (insecure location), much more convenient that waiting an extra day to pick them up.

The staff here was very nice. After I paid and when I notified the staff that he gave me an extra wing in my order, he did not make me pay for it. Besides that, the level of service here was great as the attendant was friendly, polite, and courteous.

I ordered pads when that time of month came by surprise and whoever packed them threw in a croissant and it made my heart so full so thank you and I hope you’re having a lovely day
