Dollar Tree

This is a weird little gem of a dollar store. If you feel like Dollarama has just gotten too commercial, try Dollar Tree on Fraser St. It's big enough to cover all your basics, but it still has some rough edges that make it at home in its East Van location. I've never seen Cotton Candy Faygo on sale anywhere else in Vancouver, let alone at a discount price. How about romance novels written exclusively for an African American market? Dollar Tree has them! And at a deep discount.

Unlike some other stores, this dollar store has a hard ceiling of $1.25 and not a single item above that.
Great for daily necessities, and you know you will never pay much.
Occasionally the merchandise is low quality, but most of it is quite acceptable and usable.
One downside is that lines at cash registers are at times very long: locals know to find it, so it's popular.

You can never go wrong at dollar tree. Always good brand named food and other items for only 1.25... Great place for snacks . I shop here daily and its also located on 2 major Vancouver bus routes . great place to shop for any quick needs

Tons of brand name stuff for $1.25 per item they have loaves of bread yes organic... kitchenware and bathroom stuff . brand names and lots of it they have diabetic socks for a dollar 25. Not too hard to find stuff in stock. If the have fault it is that the cash stands are too close together and hard to navigate without knocking stuff all over ..and of course never enough cashiers .....love it though

really cheap stuff at a good price, and an intelligent team of staff that can help you at anytime to find something. Something much more expensive that you can't find at this store, they will still look for something cheap but similar. Great people!

Dollar Trees are the best dollar stores because everything costs about a dollar ($1.25, except for the hotwheels) to be specific. Selection is very reasonable for the prices.

One of the better dollar trees in Vancouver. Clean, well stocked.

Apart from providing stuff @1.25 ,this dollar tree have new new stuff stocked every week .Especially for decoration and the best part is that it is convienently located (near bus stop and have parking in front of the store) pretty big store. Btw crockery section is my fav.

This is one of my favorite Dollar Trees in the entire city they have an excellent selection usually more than most and the staff are super friendly and it's conveniently located in an area that you can find parking without too much hassle

Been here a few times, not bad to fill up on office supplies and package supplies. Mostly have things that I need.
