Went to this place almost daily and I was so amazed with good service and friendly staff specially this little girl Susana. She’s so humble and polite with contiguous smile, so helpful and knowledgeable like a pro!! Been there yesterday for basket gift for a friend’s wedding and her suggestion was highly appreciated for the upcoming event. Bonus points for walking me out and helped me load into my car.

Today is my 19th birthday and I went to get some alcohol with my dad for the first time, and wasn’t expecting anything particularly memorable to happen at the store.
But this lovely woman, Lori, working there was beyond kind, sweet, and wonderful. Lori was such a vibrant, joyous woman to be around, even for the five minutes that I was in there. She was so generous, and I really really want to thank her for being so sweet!!

Went there Sept 7th, 2021, to pick up some fun birthday gifts. The girl who was working at the time was so helpful with wonderful ideas and suggestions. Coupled with the fact that it was the first Tuesday of the month and got my seniors discount! A win win. And the gifts were an absolute hit!

Staff friendly and helpful. Store is fully stocked as they have a separate warehouse full of stock. Pricing is the same as other locations. Clean and cool inside. 5 stars

Yesterday, May 15th, my wife went to the Willowbrook Berezan Liquor store to pick up a few things. She walks with a cane and struggles standing/walking for any length of time. When she got to the store the lineup was quite long and she made her way to the end. The security guard came to the back of the line and escorted her to the front and told her she didn't have to wait. People in line were fine with the decision as well. Once inside the store, my wife was asked several times if she needed help finding or carrying anything and they offered to carry her purchase to the car. Amazing customer service and amazing respect. We will continue to make this our go to liquor store. Thanks!

I came in looking for a specific beer that I couldnt find at the Provincial liquor Store, and they had it here.
Fair prices and they have a loyalty rewards program for their customers.
