I visited Willowbrook location few days ago. Such an amazing experience. I wasn’t able to find the item that i was looking for. I asked one of the employees for help (i think she was the store manager). She went above and beyond to help me find the item. The checkout line was long but it was moving really quick. The cashier was super friendly as well. Overall, a great shopping experience.

I was in doing refunds and Mohammed at the cash out was patient and helped me use the benefits offered on the app. Really appreciate the extra care and attention to give great customer service!

Didn't have the size we we were looking for. Young lady helped us out and called several other stores and reserved it for us. Had a great attitude during the whole time. Nice to see service still exists sometimes. Well done H&M.

The kids clothes here are so cute. The service is good and the cashiers always apologize for the non stop beeping at cash.. so weird!
