I visited there today. I noticed that this gas station has a few cents less than the nearest other gas station.
The store was clean & well maintained by staff and she was very friendly.

Gasoline is available here now (it was only diesel for quite some time)!
The prices seem to be on par with those in the general area and I love that I can double to triple dip on perks - Air Miles, CAA savings, and rewards points (depending on type of credit card you use).
It is a very convenient location but it can be a bit tricky to get into depending on the time of day.
Unlike some other gas stations close by, you must pre-pay before pumping.

Please don't go there for the washroom if you need it! A friend told me that he didn't see any toilet papers and hand towels. Plus insects (fly). No time cleaning? Eww!

They put offer for small coffee, and when you bought it 45 L gas. Nobody will tell you until and unless you knows. After that I went and ask, then that coffee machine is out of service. It's better to don't make any offer and fool us.

28 cents more, when questioned about the price gouge the attendant says ",that's what the owner wants it priced at"

This is a brand new building. I stopped here needing to go to the restrooms. The lady working behind the counter called out to me as I was on my way down there and told me to go to the left bathroom. Both bathrooms had signs that said out of order. The bathroom was filthy has not been cleaned in probably forever since they moved in there was still construction debris there.. I complained to the worker and she explained to me that that's why they have the out of order signs on each bathroom. I said I believe shelves standards are that you provide public bathrooms for your clientele. ( of course I purchased something). And I told her there was no excuse for having that filthy bathroom.

Vacant, empty and incomplete construction. Taking up space, not maintaining the property - oveflowing garbage, waste and rubbish everywhere. Who is the owner and where are they? The main street location is being mistreated and their lease shoukd increase, and be fined.

Says open on google, it's not. It's been "under construction" for quite some time now. Waste of time. -Update- This store is open now, although it's not as advertised, it is defiantly NOT 24 hours, not sure of the hours either, instead of posting the hours, they basically posted something that which when read between the lines says "poor management".

Thought it would be convenient to get gas close to home. Gas was 6 cents a litre more than anywhere else in the city. Wont go back.
