I had one of my best experience shipping something at this UPS store, with Malak Youssef. I was shipping two boxes with about 40 records, to the USA. I arrived with both my boxes already packed but Malak offered to strengthen my packaging and did an amazing job at it. My records arrived without any damages, thanks to his help. Best experience I have ever had at any carrier store. The employee was super nice and helpful and made sure I got the best price possible before preparing my package. He referred to me by name the entire time and was exceptional. I NEVER leave reviews but I felt like experience merited one! I came from the other side of the island because I heard how good this specific UPS store was, and it did not disappoint.
