Checked website for printer paper prices. Went to store to make purchase. Didn't have the product I was looking for. Purchased a Staples Brand package of paper at a great price.

Michelle helped me print a bunch of things and wow her customer service was out of this world. Couldn’t have had a better experience thank you Michelle from printing :)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was struggling with getting some paperwork printed off at home and one young lady was prompt in helping me figure out how to get my papers printed off.

today, march 7 2019, the staff went above and beyond to help me out. from finding what I came in for, to the ladies at the cash who had to fix a computer/cash register glitch mid way through my transaction, to the young staples guy who willing helped me to my car with a heavy box of printer paper, who by the way saw that I was using a walker and said please let me take that to your car for it may be heavy for you, without asking for his help he did it with great pleasure, thank you staples cornwall for looking after me today, you are the best

I had to scan documents, and the lady helping me wasn't sure and then another lady came to the rescue and both of them where pleasant. I was a bit frustrated at first but they really did a good job at helping me. I apreaciate them taking the time for me.

I believe the associate who looked after me was Benjamin. I was floored by his empathy towards my situation and his ability to put a solution together in a very timely manner. I required a VHS to Digital conversion for very old footage and he just made it happen!! Thank you very much!

Went in looking for ink cartridge. Couldn't find it I am for help and they helped me right away very politely. Told me the recommended cheapest one and worked great. Staples brand cartridge with guarentee 20$.

Very good store to deal with, 90% of my business is with the copy and print centre, very organized and fast. We deal with Carry Anne much of the time. Thank you for providing great service!

Went in for laptop service and protective cases/screens for my new phone and tablet. Service guy was very helpful for my laptop issues then came and helped me pick out the accessories.

After posting on Facebook I was directed to Staples. I needed a Vhs tape converted to DVD and Staples helped me. Big thank you to Benjamin and there was another lady there but I didn’t get her name for helping with the process. I highly recommended them.

Staples is Staples so nothing there to warrant 5 stars but the gal who runs the copy department is stellar. Knows how to get stuff done right the first time and very customer focused. You can get a pen or regular photocopy done anywhere but if it is outside the norm, come to this store.

The copy center is always very helpful. From printing and copying documents from your phone. Thank you for all the help!

got.some stuff printed out here...its VERY VERY AFFORDABLE AND WAS ONLY 16 CENTS to print a copy ... u can even bring in 5 bucks and upload it to a staples card and use that for ur needs to print...also alot more stuff there to buy aswell!
