Went into the store yesterday and was served by Ali. She was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. She listened to what I wanted in a plan and phone. Erin and Alex also chipped in to make sure I got the best plan and phone to meet my needs at the best price. There were no high pressure sales tactics.
They have some great plans for people that travel in the US and incredible deals on phones right now. I was so impressed I went back with my wife today and dealt with Ali again for a plan and phone for her and another family member.

Stellar service from Alex D.! He has single-handedly restored my faith in Rogers. Outstanding service to upgrade a phone. He was fast, efficient, and friendly with a strong knowledge in product and services. The company is fortunate to have such an amazing employee!

First off spoke on the telephone with Erin the manager who pointed me in the right direction. I appreciated her assistance so much that I drove from Ottawa, Ontario to Cornwall to get what I needed from Rogers. Once at the store I was assisted by Alex M. He was very knowledgeable and assisted me with the products I required. Highly recommend this location and all of the staff are excellent.

Went in to get a screen protector for my new iPhone twice, because I cracked one. Without hesitation, they replaced it free of charge. This store has excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

My wife and I went to the store on Brookdale to upgrade our phones. We dealt with Stephane and we both can say we haven’t experienced the awesome customer service in a long time. Stephane is the best. Thank you for your patience and work to get us the best deal possible. Big thumbs up.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Every time we go to this store [twice in 6 months] the staff find ways to get us more services and/or products, and reduce our monthly bill....UNBELIEVABLE !!

True 5-star experience today. I had 5 phones on 4 separate plans consolidated into 1 plan with upgraded devices. I was helped by one person over the phone who was excellent (helpful, competent, friendly), and another in-person (Stephane M.) who knocked it out of the park. I witnessed 2 other employees assisting customers non-stop. Every single customer was approached with the same enthusiasm, professionalism, patience, efficiency, competence! Couldn’t have been any better/easier. Thanks!

Although we were a few minutes early, Matt, the store manager, opened up for us. Matt did a great job helping us get the best plan possible and on top of that he was a really friendly guy! Can only recommend the store and Matt!

Jake was absolutely great and made my mother feel so comfortable when we switched her cell phone over yesterday. He wasn't pushy and really simplified things for her. He answered all questions, offered advice and even had a sense of humour!

Best all around service. Matt was the one that helped resolve a warranty issue for a cracked screen on a Sonim Xp7. Even though he wasn't able to rectify the issue on the spot, he went beyond his scope and followed through to help resolve the issue successfully via email once he had a solution. A week and half later, the solution was provided. Great follow through.

Had to return a product, and was happy to get some money back plus free items and a new anti scratch kit instead of the scratch saver I had issues with. A onsite personal phone demo was given. The staff go out of their way to make sure that you get what you need,

Without a doubt the best service I ever had. Erin was not only knowledgeable but very pleasant too.
