The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I love my boots and I'm always happy with the clothes, etc that I purchase. There are always very good deals too.

This is the only Marks to come to. They have the best selection and the staff are always so nice and helpful.

I bought some work boots and subsequently lost the receipt to give my company so they would reimburse.
I returned to see if they could print me a copy. While waiting, my 5 year old son was horsing around with his uncle and smoked his face on one of the shelves by the checkout. The staff were very supportive as I consoled my crying child. They offered something cold to put on his bump and got my receipt copy.
Above and beyond service for an above and beyond situation.

Great selection of everything you need for the workplace. Got a great deal on some non-skid work shoes. Very comfortable too, which is good when your on your feet for 10hrs a day.

Saved 15% with a Black Friday sale. They seem to have sales relatively often.

I recently purchased boots from this place. The place is currently under construction hence its not organized but the staff were really helpful. Overall a smooth experience considering their store renovation.

There is no other place either in Victoria or anywhere in BC for that matter, where you can go to get the selection of clothing and apparel this company offers.

In terms of selection it is unlikely to be bettered by any other company, and the price range is excellent. While this is not a discount operation, after initial sales die down they offer generous discounts on remaindered stock.

In my case I looked for 6 months to find pants that were 44" X 29-30" inseam w\o any luck whatsoever.
Then I came to Mark's and got what I wanted on the first visit at a discounted price!

I don’t know why I’m reading at five stars but my son does like the clothes here I do find it a slightly over pricing for my budget but that’s just because I’m cheap

I'm starting to shop here more and more because of the high quality and fair prices. They have a huge selection of hiking, casual and professional shoes from brands I'm usually lucky to find 1 or 2 of at other outdoor or sport stores. I really like the options of sub zero under clothes and jeans that aren't tight cut. The sales are excellent too but if I'm late to go then stock is pretty slim.

I walked right in there with a fast paced conviction that said I was a badass boss and after grabing only one item from the rack on my swift saunter to the checkout desk I said to the clerk "Give me a $50 gift card! These make the best birthday presents!"

Exchanged a jacket on Boxing Day without any difficulty. Ordered another one. Bonus - the jacket was on sale so I was refunded the full cost of the first jacket and paid half price for the second one. Friendly staff. The store wasn't busy because it was 9 am.

Helpful staff. Clean change rooms. Well organized store. Wish they had more parking on that sale day...pro tip - don't park in the lot around the corner facing Government St. You will be towed.

I am an owner of a local company with employees, who work in a very rough environment. We have been wearing Marks clothing and safety footwear for the past 16 years with great results! The quality of the service and merchandise is excellant. Very helpful and cheerful staff.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Had some HH rain pants that blew out and they returned them right away. They also price match.
