All I can say is wow. Joi spent 2.5 hours getting the perfect fit for my wife's hiking shoes today. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about how best to fit the particular issue my wife had with her joint.

This store truly provides incredible fit consultations and amazing customer service.

Just walked in looking for a new pair of runners and received the best service I’ve ever had. Gentleman measured both feet, asked a few questions, had us a polite little chat and with that the first pair I tried on felt/was a great fit.

A very helpful sales person spent a lot of time measuring my feet, finding different options for me within my price range and explaining the difference between all the shoes I was considering. Very happy with the service at my local Frontrunners at Harris Green (1200 Vancouver St.) Victoria. David assisted me in finding the right fit and features in a cross trainer for my fitness class. Balance, arch support and lateral movement improved my workout dramatically. For this senior...New Balance is for me!!

Today at Frontrunners, sales rep David helped my 8yo son find the perfect pair of running shoes. He was absolutely perfect & I'm so grateful we had him helping us. With great care & consideration, he sized my son, tried on different pairs for size, then brought an array of shoes to choose from. With an excellent attitude of friendliness, David made this an exceptional experience for my son. Never rushed, enthusiastic and kind, that couldn't have gone better. I'm absolutely floored & eternally grateful. My son will grow out of these shoes, but will always have the experience with him.

Great place! Put in an order for $150 worth of gels, and had them delivered the next day in Vancouver. Super fast! They called me to let me know one of the gels weren't in stock and substituted it with something else moments after I put the order in. These guys are great and care about their customers! Will be shopping here again!

Ahhh the service here has been soooo helpful. I came in knowing nothing about what I was looking for, and Georgia has been so patient as she's worked with me to figure out what I need. We've tried on so many shoes and she's been a gem as we've been whittling down the options that will work. So glad to have found this space!

Always a great experience in this store, whether it be for shoes or gels. I went to the store to look for new road running shoes ahead of the RVM, and Sander was very kind, patient and attentive to my specific needs. After trying on multiple pairs of great recommendations by Sander, we landed on a pair of Asics that exceeded my expectations. There is no running store in Victoria that I trust more than Frontrunners and their amazing staff.

An iconic local store, which has spawned an equally good small chain. They train their staff on fitting you correctly. They're not just about selling lots of shoes and gear, as the staff are dedicated runners, walkers, and hikers who want you to enjoy these activities as much as they do. They have maintained that positive vibe over the decades. I have been a regular customer since 1993: thirty years! Their clinics are great, too: during a clinic run in 1994 store owner Rob Reid encouraged me to run a marathon, something I didn't think I could do. I've done 20 since then. Shop local and you never know how you'll be rewarded.

Ordered online a pair of trail shoes, first thing they were the cheapest in my size and colour, then I also got a 10% off for signing up for email updates, then I got free shipping. I live near Vancouver and I got the shoes the next day, the next day from Victoria! Thank you for such fast service and best pricing.

Brand new customer and beyond impressed with this shop and the service. I started with an online order, which was seamless, and later went in store for some other needs. The staff are experts, there’s massive product variety, and it’s a great atmosphere. I’m hooked and will be a loyal customer from now on.

I’ve been buying running shoes for years from Frontrunners on Vancouver St. My purchase today reminded me why. I was helped by David who assessed my stride, looked at my current runners, took measurements of my feet, and then gave me about 4 different runners to try. I found the perfect pair and they feel great on my feet. Really outstanding customer service, and I am thankful!

Sander has been super helpful with finding me a pair of comfortable shoes for my flat feet, which has been bothering me for so many years. He is very knowledgeable, with patience, and let me use their tools to decide what type of feet I have and accordingly recommended me the right shoes, can't be more happy! Perfect experience!

Staff if very knowledgeable and helpful! The man helping us talked through options to deal with an injury and gave us ideas outside of the insoles we were curious about. He was much more focused on us getting what we needed than making a sale. Truly great experience for our trip to keep us moving.

I’ve bought 4 or 5 pairs of running shoes from Frontrunners over the past 3 years and always had great help from their knowledgeable staff! Recently, I bought a pair of running shoes that really hurt my feet. I kept trying to break them in and wore them several times over a few months but just couldn’t get past the pain. I took them back to Frontrunners and was given store credit! Absolutely amazing customer service for a pair of worn shoes! I will definitely continue buying all of my running gear from Frontrunners!
